Section 1.

First paragraph (paki-palitan ung words na TOTIN and TOTEX with TOTIN1 and

TOTEX1… para di nakakalito kung anung TOTEX and TOTIN ang tinutikoy)

Table 3 shows the results of the Chi-Square Test of Independence where it was performed

to determine if the candidate matching variables (MVs) are associated with the VIs. The

MVs stated in the methodology must be highly correlated to the VIs. The first visit VIs,

TOTIN1 and TOTEX1, were grouped into four categories in order to satisfy the

assumptions in the measures of association (MAs). The first visit VIs were used as the

variables to be tested for the MAs rather than second visit VIs since the second visit VIs

already contained missing data.

Second paragraph

Line 3 The PROV has four categories. The codes for the PROV were 39, …. (codes

for the PROV… parang redundant… kasi pag inexpand mo ung PROV eh di magiging

“codes for the provincial area codes”)

(cguro baka pwedeng ganito: The candidate MVs that were tested are the provincial area

codes (PROV), recoded education status (CODES1) and recoded total employed

household members (CODEP1). The candidate MV PROV has four categories and these

are the following: 39, which is designated for Manila, while 74 is designated for the NCR

District 2. District 2 is comprised of Quezon City, Mandaluyong City,San Juan, Marikina

and Pasig City. The code 75, which is the NCR District 3 for PROV is designated for

Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela. The last category for PROV is 76, which is

the NCR District 4 that includes Makati, Las Pi˜nas, Muntinlupa, Para˜naque, Pasay,

Taguig and Pateros.

Section 1.2.1 Mean of the Simulated Data by Nonresponse Rate for Each Variables of
Interest

Results in Table 6 show the means for both second visit VIs, TOTEX2 and TOTIN2, for

all NRR. This was generated to become input in the comparison of the mean from the

imputed data for each IM.

(In table 6, instead of using No., use n. What do we mean by “No.”? )

(In the second paragraph, instead of the words “mean rates”, replace it with the word

“mean”…. Rates are decimals values d ba? )

(Cguro instead of association test, ilagay mo na lang “measures of association” or

simply “MAs” para consistent. Kasi questionable ung phrase na association tests….

Meron kasing ganun sa math eh.)

(pakitanggal ung word na “population” sa section 1.2.1 and sa ibang parte ng results…

our data did not come from a population… baka matanung na naman tau dun… )
(instead of repeating the same terminologies all over again (e.g. Imputation Methods

(IMs) Variables of Interest (VIs), ilagay mo na lang ung abbreviation nila para

consistent. )

Second paragraph, when instead of When and insert space between the “,” and TOTIN2

and between the “,” and “When”.

Maayos naman ang pagkakadiscuss dun sa pageelaborate mo nang imputation classes.
