PARTICULARS BV reminded both contractors regarding submission of 9 sets original minutes of acceptance documents. BV reminded both contractors to clarify in the inspection request items to be inspected, to highlight in the attached drawings the area, location or limitations of inspection or to be specific regarding description of works to be inspected.

BV followed-up with Vinaconex for the submission of M&E Schedule. Vinaconex submitted. Reminded contractor pertaining to rejected shop drawings to submit as soon as possible, this rejected shop drawing must be submitted immediately for review again to anticipate any problem caused by no approved shop drawings. Contractors Comments No Issue IBST / Coninco Comments No Issue BV Comments/ New Issues BV reminder again to both contractors regarding common material submittal particularly those M & E material that requires architectural approval. List of material will be sent to both contractors for their preparation and both contractors must have joint meeting to agree on common material for submittal. This M & E material such as ventilation grills, toilet exhaust fan face cover, exhaust vent cover ,fire hose cabinet, fire alarm stations, sprinkler head smoke detector, exit sign light, traffic sign light. Emergency light, speaker etc. which requires architectural approval for aesthetic reason .List of common material but not limited to that list was sent to both contractors to input common material and submit to BV. Posco submitted for electrical and requesting for mechanical item and Vinaconex submitted .Both contractors will submit common material and internally discuss for common submission .Item Closed Requested for sample installation for M&E system prior to commencement at Zone 6 & Zone 8. Vinaconex will inform BV for inspection. BV followed up to Vinaconex for the requested M&E Engineer for villa Zone 6 & 8. Vinaconex submitted organizational chart particularly fro zone 6 & 8. BV reminded to contractors to submit shop drawings and materials for approval pertaining to substation in villa and terrace. Posco for infrastructure, Vinaconex for Civil BV reminder to IBST priority inspection for pipe shaft in terrace .Inspection was arranged with architectural Reminder to both contractors that prior to closing of ceiling board , leak test must be conducted above false ceiling for gas ,water supply , drainage pipe and must be approved .No closing of ceiling board without approval of M&E team. Included also electrical wiring installation and testing (continuity test and insulation test)

PARTICULARS BV requested contractors to catch-up with brick wall schedule on the following areas: 1.Zone-3 Electrical and Telecommunication conduit in brick wall 2.Zone-5 Electrical and Telecommunication conduit in brick wall, water supply piping 3.Zone-6 Electrical and Telecommunication conduit in brick wall ,water & sanitary Piping. 4.Zone 7-Water supply piping. 5.Zone 8-Water and sanitary piping.

BV to follow-up the resubmission of shop drawing for generator room in community center. Vinaconex agreed that they will assign M&E Engineer during inspection at villa, if no presence of M&E Engineer during checking inspection will be reschedule. Vinaconex noted during the meeting. BV required contractors particularly the site managers to join the monthly walkthrough to get first hand information and comments from consultant or client. Next Meeting

Bureau Veritas Construction Management generates consecutively numbered protocols of meetings. Unless the content of a protocol is considered to be incorrect moreover a revision proposal is submitted formally to the Bureau Veritas Construction Management within two working days from the date of issuing, protocol content stipulates the basis for any further construction works.
