CASE STUDY NO. 1 :

“SARDAR PATEL INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION”
About The Institute :-
The institute was
established in 1962 two years.
After the bifurcation of the farmer
Bilingual Bombay State initially
for the training of civil staff.
Originally known as administrative
training school it was latter rename as to Sardar Patel Institute of Public
Administration. This institute present at Ahmadabad in Gujarat.
The “SPIPA” occupies eight acres of land with a main building
providing an Auditorium – (250 seating). A library, computer laboratory seminar
hall, lecturer room, administrative unit, hostel and all supporting infrastructure
including kitchen and dinning hall, staff quarters and four independent unit of VIP
accommodation.
Main Building Block :-
The rooms as per functions are placed on the right floor as per their
grade. The administration in on the ground floor. The executive are placed on the
first floor. And second floor the lecturer room and staff room are provided.
The passage are not very well ventilated. The terrace can be
developed in terrace garden. But access are not provided to the terrace and provide
two stair case for traffic control.
Auditorium :-
Auditorium are in square formed and provide two gangway 250 No
of seating capacity.
Examination hall :-
Seating capacity about 80 to 90 and hall had well ventilated and
furnish.

Computer laboratory :-
Well required computer lab with networking and slid and over head
projectors.

Library :-
Library has collected 32930 books, 400 reports of various
department, institution and universities.
Watering loung :-
The waiting laung had proceeded near the commissions cabin
proper ventilated and well security of arrangement.

CASE STUDY NO. 2 :

NORONHA ACADEMY OF ADMINISTRATION AND
MANAGEMENT M. P. BHOPAL :-

Infrastructure :-
Surrounded by serenefush green environment, NORONHA campus
is located opposite to Shalpura lake of Bhopal city the greenery provides round the
year the make location. Unique of its kinds, calm and quiet, pollution free, just an
ideal place for good clearing teaching the construction. Here is a marvel of
modern, architecture.
The campus caves approximate 43 acres of land with dense
plantation. The academy campus it fully residential for it faculty staff and non
teaching staff the security is very well there. Academy established in 1987.
Vision :-
“Leading the way in bringing about continuous quality
improvement public service in the state by incorporating cut-edge. Knowledge and
professional skill through ground.” The main building block provided three floor
are in proper function. On ground floor placed the administration, conference hall,
auditorium, library, exhibition space. On first, floor executive are placed and
computer lab and second floor provided board room and lecturer room.
Facilities :-
The academy is fully equipped with all modern facilities, which are
comparable to facilities provided by world class academy. The brief overwise of
some of the facilities in as follows :
Auditorium :-

A spacious auditorium is also available at academy for seminars,

conference and after function. This auditorium is centrally air conditioned provides
seating for 140 people, and is equipped with all modern facilities.
Conference hall :-
 Academy has spacious air conditioned conference hall with a
capacity of 50 respectively. This conference hall are equipped with multimedia
facility in addition to sophisticated audio visual system.
Lecture rooms :-

Academy has seven spacious lecture room, each with a capacity of

accommodation over 35 trainees, lecture room can be equipped with audio visual
system and multimedia facility as per requirement.
Computer lab :-
Academy has deployed the state of the act information technology
(IT) infrastructure. The computer labs at academy are the reflection of
R.C.V.N.A.A. commitment to exposing it trainees.
There are two computer lab each equipped with 24 state of the are
works, station, printer, and multimedia.

• Explaining the information technology from work and it scope.

• Equipping participant with looks and techniques needed, for the

application for specific area.

• Developing skill and knowledge among participant for developing and

maintaining information technologies system.

Library :-
This library at academy is spacious, well planned and surround by
tranquil environment.
Hostel :-

The trains are provided with excellent hostel and mess facilities the
accommodation is provided in well furnished which can accommodate about 220j
participated at a time.
Guest house having VIP it provides just an ideal place for a healthy
stay and conductive environment for studies.
Mess :-
The mess had air cooled dinning hall and an executive dinning hall.
At a time ISO people can be served food. Normally vegetarian meals are several
each participant is required in fully respect.
