COURSE DESCRIPTION
Basic Business Listening 1 is listening practices for the first semester students of Tarakanita
Secretarial Academy. It consists of 14 topics and each topic consists of sup topics of
listening conversations and talks in English concerning administrative assistant at basic
level. They include spelling, telephoning, numbers or figures, greeting callers, scheduling,
COMPETENCE UNIT
At the end of the semester students are able to Listen to English spoken discourses concerning
clerical functions at basic level.
