JB noted that the ERA suppliers had had a checkpoint meeting considering local comms
-results of that meeting summarised as follows
• Reminder that this is ERA project work and output – it is for delivery to the SRSM
Steering Group
• Reviewed Progress to date
• Happy with the technical requirements and criteria
• General status of the report
• Happy with level of information provided to date

Regarding User requirements: the group agreed that this is difficult to progress for a

number of reasons – and that this will need to be done will be recognised in the report.
The checkpoint review noted that it is apparent that the report is more appropriate as a
gap analysis rather than an evaluation that eliminates any options.
SH noted that thanks for the submissions on evaluation criteria that had been received.
These submissions were used as a starting point for the assessment session.
It was agreed that during the assessment session it would be important to capture
parameters of field (or laboratory trials)
The remainder of the session reviewed the candidate solutions against the criteria and
are captured in an updated version of the report.
