Introduction
EUROPORTS is one of the largest port operators in continental Europe We handle in total some 73 mill tonnes annually with a strong focus on general cargo and dry bulk
56 mill tonnes pa via our own multi-use port terminals 17 mill tonnes pa via quaysides of our industrial customers

We have 21 port terminal operations in Europe plus two in China.

EUROPORTS Belgium General Cargo and Forest Products Largest European Forest Product Terminal
88-ha Antwerp left-bank terminal handles forest products and general cargo. The largest terminal for finished paper in Europe. High quality operations. 33 warehouses 4 million tonnes pa Principal traffics: Paper. Forest products (pulp, timber, etc). General Cargo (steel pipes, ingots, granite blocs, etc). Containers and trailers.

EUROPORTS Belgium Speciality Dry Bulks 5 Belgian port terminals


EUROPORTS operates 5 speciality bulk terminals in Belgium
3 locations in Antwerp 2 locations in Ghent.

Provides the largest covered storage facility for speciality bulk products in Northern Europe (over 1 mill tonnes capacity). Has the worlds largest finished sugar storage facility. Principal cargoes include sugar, fertilizer and industrial minerals.

Operates 5 inland dry bulk terminals in Belgium
4 terminals in Liege 1 terminal in Charleroi

Largest operator in Liege (the 3rd largest inland port in Europe). Principal traffics include minerals, iron & steel, ferro alloys, de-icing-salt, aggregates, concrete products, fertilizers, animal feedstuffs, timber, and secondary raw materials Additionally operates at 8 quayside industrial sites in the Liege area.

All inland container terminals offer excellent connections with the main transport corridors in their area. EUROPORTS container terminal network includes Meerhout on the Albert Canal, one of the largest inland terminals in Europe. In Antwerp we operate 3 terminals (Quays 524, 172 & 1207). We operate an owned barge network linking our terminals with the main deepsea hubs of Antwerp, Rotterdam and Zeebrugge. Services offered:

Our Rouen terminal is 40 nautical miles from the open sea and ideally located to serve the Paris region EUROPORTS Rouen is the largest forest products terminal in France In Le Havre we operate the Sucre Ocean sugar terminal in a 50:50 joint venture with SHGT Additionally in France EUROPORTS has extensive logistics operations including barging, warehousing and a container terminal in Pagny

EUROPORTS Changshu Westerlund terminal is the largest break-bulk forest products terminal in China Changshu is 90 km west of Shanghai located on the Yangtze River 1.5km deep-water quay with 7 berths 80,000 sq.m warehousing EUROPORTS also operates an inland terminal at Jining and provides freight forwarding services via its own fully licensed company

EUROPORTS Finland 2 west-coast terminals The largest paper export terminal in Finland
Rauma on the south-west coast and Pietarsaari in the north-west. Long term service contract with UPM-Kymmene but offering multiuser independent facilities. Rauma is Finlands largest paper-handling port. EUROPORTS Finnish ports handle paper, pulp, forest products, speciality bulks, containers, ro/ro and general cargo. Rauma is the 4th largest port in Finland overall, and 3rd largest container port (175,000 TEU)

EUROPORTS Iberica One of the Deepest Draft Terminals on the Mediterranean


EUROPORTS Iberica is based in Tarragona on Spains Mediterranean coast. EUROPORTS Iberica operates the largest coal terminal on the Mediterranean sea. Tarragona has the deepest draft in the Mediterranean (Cape-size) allowing efficient transshipments. EUROPORTS in Tarragona handles coal, clinker, animal feed, cereals, steel, project cargo and forest products. Long term contracts with key energy companies to supply coal to power stations. New forest products and general cargo terminal operational from late 2010.

EUROPORTS Italy Largest Dry Bulk Operator in Italy


EUROPORTS controls Terminal Rinfuse Italia, the largest dry bulk operator in Italy. EUROPORTS ownership is 80%. Terminal Rinfuse Italia has 3 terminals located in Northern Italy:
Genoa Venice Vado.

TRI handles coal, clinker, grain, animal feedstuffs, steel, general cargo and ro/ro ferries.

SHRU is the largest operator in the Port of Rostock. 50% owned by EUROPORTS. Operates from 85 hectares of long term concession port land.
