The momentum has been gathering the rightful pace. From our last update to now the 11.11.11 dateline has become our clarion call. More than just a delivery milestone it has become a beacon of speed and agility that will convince all Alien residents that intelligent living is now a delivery away. We have moved from the exteriors into the interiors. Work is apace and the completion within schedule is a winnable challenge. We are there and your support is giving us that extra acceleration. The 30-floor permission is wrapped up now and we will be soon moving up tot take the Alien and intelligent living experience to greater heights! And as we do all of that , our commitment to quality remains as solid as the Raft Foundation in your Space Station. The ISO adherence program we have undertaken only reiterates our diligence. In this Update you will find detailed information and perhaps with clear pointers on your specific Station and in some cases the flat too. However, as always, should you want answers to specific queries our Care Team is there to help and share with you all the necessary information.

Work is apace and the completion within schedule is a winnable challenge.

Station 14

Station 14 continued...
Finishing is in progress for 40 flats which comprises of putty, 1st stage electrical clearance, buffing & MEP works Flooring work for 15 Flats have been completed (Excluding Master Bedroom). Mockup Flat has been Completed Up to 60% T 81-T 83, B3a-C3a Corridor 18th level has been casted. T 79-CoreT 80, i.e A1 - Core wall Corridor is at 16th level. And additional Corridor For T 77- T78 is At 10th level Over all 10 levels of Station 14, Block 01 has been completed. Overall 100 units casting has been completed in Station-14

Station 06
Basement 01 Raft has been completed up to the mark. A substantial part of the upper basement was completed, followed by the Ground floor Slab & Transverse Slab which is 100% complete Columns Form GR- TRANSVERSE SLAB was done in the month of March'2011 Internal Core Wall is completed till TRANSVERSE SLAB Level Core floor slab is completed till Transverse Slab Coming to the Transverse slab, out of the 03, all 03 pours are completed. Aluminum shuttering for the Station 06 has arrived at the site and shuttering for 3 units i.e. D3 T-37, B2 T-38, C3c T-35 and core wall is in progress. 2 levels of core-wall is completed and 3 rd level will casted at the end of this month. 1st level of D3 and C3c is completed. Beam for the Ramp are Casted at UB level. Core floor slab @ B1 and UB Are also casted Passenger Hoist has been installed to gain speed in the construction activity. Other units reinforcement is done for the 1st level and aluminum shuttering for these units are expected to arrive.

Station 01 & Station 02

Station 01
Station 01 pour 01 raft is successfully completed. Bottom and top Mat for the Main 1600 Raft is done. Lift pit raft is done. Lift pit side walls have also been casted, followed by pour 02 and pour 03 of the Raft have been casted. Column above the respective rafts have also been erected and 80 % have been casted too, the remaining will be casted by the mid of Oct'11. Steel for the Retaining wall is in progress. Pedestal for the footing along the retaining wall have been successfully casted. Station 01 main Raft is 100 % completed.

Station 02
100% concreting is done for all pours in raft. Followed by the Columns reinforcement and Columns Concreting is been planned in this month. Reinforcement for Retaining wall is completed and 100% of Concreting is done. Substantial part of the lift pit Raft is done.

Station 03 & Station 04

Station 03
All the pedestals on Pour 1 raft are substantially completed, followed by the columns reinforcement and concreting. Reinforcement for Retaining wall is completed and 100% of Concreting is done. Bottom Mat for the Main 1600 Raft is done. Substantial part of the lift pit Raft housekeeping will be done. Concreting for the lift pit will be planned in the 2nd week of Oct11. Remaining 10% of PCC for the raft is in progress.

Station 04
Pour 1 Raft is substantially completed i.e. 400 Raft. Steel for the retaining wall is completed. Concreting is in progress. Lift pit raft is completed. Plum Concreting and back filling is completed. PCC is almost done and remaining 20% will be completed this month. Bottom Matt for the 1600 MM Raft is planned in this month.

Station 05 & Station 07

Lift Pit for pour 1 Raft at B1 Level concreting is planned for this month. 100% of Reinforcement for the pour 01 raft has been completed and the concreting is planned in this month. Reinforcement for the pour 02 raft is in progress.

Station 07
100% of B1-UB Columns have been casted. Pour 4 Columns steel is completed followed by concreting and shuttering for the above final pour of UB Level which is in progress and expected to be casted in the month of Oct11 Core wall from B1-UB is Completed Core wall (UB-GF) is in progress and is planned to be casted this month 100 % of the Retaining wall is completed (B1-UB) along block 02 Columns for pour 01 ground floor have been casted and shuttering for the Pour 01 is in progress Columns for pour 02 ground floor have been casted

Station 08, 09 & Station 10

Station 08
Lift Pit Raft is Done 100% of Reinforcement for the pour 01 raft is done and the concreting is done 100 % of reinforcement for the complete station is laid. Concreting is planned for this month

Station 09
Concreting for the pour 02 raft is being completed. Retaining wall is in progress. Reinforcement for Lift Pit Raft is completed. Substantial part of concreting is done.

Station 10
100% of Excavation has been completed Lift Pit Dewatering is in progress. Retaining Wall is Completed up to B1 Level.

Station 11

Station 11
Basement 02 Raft has been completed Basement 01 Slab has been completed Columns (B1-UB) are 90% done External Lift core wall has been completed till B1 level Shuttering for pour 02, 03 UB Slab is completed. Reinforcement for pour 02, 03 UB slab is completed Pour 02, 03 UB Slab Concreting is planned in the first week of Oct11 90 % of the Retaining wall has been completed till UB Level

Station 12

Station 12
Basement 02 raft Is completed up to the Mark Columns (B2-B1) are 100% done Slab Shuttering @ B1 Level is done with 100 % of Concreting Lift core wall is completed till UB level. 100% of columns from B1-UB are casted. Slab concreting @ UB level is completed. External core wall from UB-GF is casted Ground floor pour1 along station 14 is completed. 80% of Shuttering & reinforcement for Pour-2 & Pour-3 on Ground floor is completed. Ground floor Pour-2 concreting is completed & Pour-3 will be casted in the first week of Oct-2011. Transverse Slab for for pour1 has been casted and Staging for Pour-2 is in progress.

Clubhouse

Clubhouse
For beams in Phase 1 Ramp is completed. Concreting for Phase 02 Ramp is done.. Now block 05 and Block 02 Club house is connected with the ramp. 100 % of Retaining wall is done while 75% of raft is completed. Other 25% is planned in the mid of Oct-2011. 90% of Sump pit is been completed and water tank is in progress.
