Some of the reasons behind modern day slavery are because of corruption; born to be a slave, increase of vulnerable people and etc. 7. What is the average price of a slave today? The average price was $90. 8. Where are slaves: More expensive? North America -$3000(developed place) Less expensive? Nepal and India -$5(less developed place) Why do you think this? We can combat modern day slavery by checking who and how the product are made before buying them 10. What is liberation? Liberation is when someone has the freedom to their rights 11.
