TERMINOLOGY
* Volume: Refers to the points assigned to products. PV is personal volume (personal purchases or an IBOs retail and preferred customers) and GV is group volume (purchases in your organization). For example, a single packet of RegenErect = 8PV. IBO: Independent Business Owner. This is the title given to our distributors. Active: Must generate a minimum of 50 PV every four weeks. Qualied: Must have at least one personally sponsored and active IBO (an IBO that also has at least 50PV on both your left and right teams).

01 SALES RETAIL
Retail sales allow you to earn income by purchasing REGENECA products at the wholesale price and then selling them at the retail price. An IBO or Online Associate can purchase the product and sell it themselves or they can send a Retail Customer to their site where the customer can purchase product anytime they wish. REGENECA keeps track of all sales made at the IBO or Online Associates replicated site(s) and pays the IBO or Online Associate a percentage of the price paid by the customer. IBOs and Online Associates are paid weekly. A Retail Customer can receive a 10% discount on their purchases by becoming a Preferred Customer (PC). You do not need to be active or qualied to earn prot from sales made to Online Associates, Retail Customers, or Preferred Customers (The Preferred Customer program allows your customers that enroll in the Auto Delivery program a 10% discount on the suggested retail price). The IBO or Online Associate is paid the percentage of the price the customer paid based on their degree of involvement in the business. (All PV generated from Retail and PC sales rolls up to the IBO that enrolled them and applies towards the active qualication.) Online Associates, Retail Customers and Preferred Customers can become an Independent Business Owner (IBO) by paying the IBO enrollment fee as part of a qualifying IBO Enrollment Pack.
Please note that Online Associates are placed in the Team Tree. They can accumulate carry forward binary volume from their left and right teams that may be counted toward royalty commissions and IBO rank advancement described below, if they upgrade to an IBO. Their position in the binary tree will be deactivated if they go inactive for four consecutive weekly bonus periods.

02 ORDER BONUS (FOB) FIRST


If you are an active IBO and one of your personally enrolled IBO places any order for REGENECA products within their rst 30 days of enrollment then you will receive a bonus on the product portion of that order.

-Earn 20% on initial orders within 30 days if you are active with 50-99PV. -Earn 25% on initial orders within 30 days if you are active with 100+ PV.
This bonus is paid weekly so long as you are active. For example, if you are an IBO active with 100PV and one of your personally enrolled IBOs places an order for $100 of REGENECA products within their rst 30 days of enrollment, then you would receive a $25 First Order Bonus on that order, or 25% of the product purchase price of that order.

03 MAKER BONUS (SMB) STAR


The Star Maker Bonus (SMB) rewards you when you achieve your rst Star. You earn a Star when you successfully assist a eersonally enrolled IBO on your Left and on your Right team become Qualied. This means that you help those IBOs successfully signup an IBO on their Left and Right teams, which would be on your 2nd Level. It is an incentive to help you and your personally enrolled IBOs achieve optimum duplication in your businesses. To receive the Star Maker Bonus the requirements below should be valid during the same pay period: -You must have 1 Qualied PE IBO on your Right team. -You must have 1 Qualied PE IBO on your Left team. -This is the FIRST time you have achieved 1 Star. If you have achieved the required above, then you will earn a 10% bonus on the FIRST Orders placed by the 2nd Level IBOs that qualied your personally enrolled IBO on your Left and your Right teams that enabled you to receive your rst Star achievement. This bonus is only paid the rst time you achieve your 1 Star.

04 SHARING POOL (RSP) REVENUE


Most companies only pay revenue sharing pools to the top distributors; REGENECA gives IBOs the chance to earn from revenue sharing pools beginning the rst day they sign up. By signing up as an IBO, an IBO positions him/herself to share in 6% of the monthly PV produced by all REGENECA IBOs. The chart below shows how 6% of the companys global commissionable volume is divided evenly into three pools, Producer Pool, Advanced Pool, and Executive Leadership Pool; how each of the three pools are accessed and how you may earn shares in these pools to contribute to your monthly earnings. You have an opportunity to earn shares in the pool based on your own performance and matching shares based on the performance of the IBOs you have personally enrolled. Must be 100PV Qualied to receive any Revenue Sharing Pool Shares.
As an IBO, you may earn a share in one of the revenue sharing pools during your rst month in the business so long as you achieve the minimum requirements during that month. You may continue to earn shares in one of the revenue sharing pools every month, as long as you continue to meet the minimum requirements for receiving shares. Remember, that you may only participate in one pool at a time. You will always participate in the highest pool in which you qualify at the end of the monthly cycle. (For example, if you personally earn one share in the Advanced Pool, and one of your PE IBOs earns a share in the Producer Pool, you will only receive a share in the Advanced Pool, since you forfeit shares in the lower pool(s) to receive share(s) in a higher pool.) You may only personally earn one share in the highest pool you qualify, but you may earn an unlimited number of shares matched by shares earned by your PE IBOs, assuming that all shares are in the same pool or higher. (For example, If one of your PE IBOs reaches the same pool in which you are participating, then you will earn one share for yourself and one matching share for your PE IBO that is also in the same pool.)

Producer Pool - receive a share in the Producer Pool any month when you or one of your personally enrolled IBOs qualify for a Star achievement and a paid rank of Bronze or less by the end of a Monthly cycle.* Advanced Pool - receive a share in the Advanced Pool any month when you or one of your personally enrolled IBOs reach the paid rank of Silver, Gold, or Platinum and are at least 1 Star Qualied. You may be eligible to participate in this pool every month that you maintain the minimum pool qualications.* Executive Leadership Pool - receive a share in the Executive Leadership Pool when you or one of your personally enrolled IBOs achieve the paid rank of Diamond Executive or higher. You may be eligible to participate in this pool every month that you maintain the minimum pool qualications.* *Must be 100PV Qualied to receive any Revenue Sharing Pool shares.

05 TEAM COMMISSIONS ROYALTY


ROYALTY TEAM commissions are at the heart of the REGENECA Compensation Plan. As a new IBO your focus will be on creating Retail and Preferred Customers, as well as referring new IBOs to become part of your group or team (both your right team and left team). Every IBO has two positions underneath them or two teams that they are building, a right team and a left team. To be eligible to receive Royalty Team commissions you must become Qualied as an IBO with at least 100 PV. Some companies refer to these two teams as legs or a Binary system. Binary means that you will be placed in one of two legs (left or right) in your enrollers organization. You will then be compensated based on successfully building two teams of your own. As an IBO, you are part of your enrollers team, meaning they may place IBOs below you as they build their business. As your group begins to grow, you are entitled to Royalty Team commissions based on the total volume generated by your lesser team each week. Calculating Royalty Team commissions: If you are active and have at least one personally enrolled and active IBO on both your left and right team, you qualify for 10% in Royalty Team commissions, or you are paid 10% of the lesser team volume. Royalty Team commissions are paid when you acquire at least 100 GV in your lesser leg, or every time you accumulate 100 points on your lesser team you are paid $10. Any week your personal volume is over 200 PV, any additional personal volume acquired during that week will be automatically applied to your lesser legs group volume. Remember, Royalty Team commissions are paid every week and you may earn up to $10,000 per week. See the example on the following page.

In this example, you are active with 100 PV. You are also qualied because you have a personally enrolled IBO on your left leg who is active with at least 50 PV and a personally enrolled IBO on your right leg who is active with at least 50 PV. And because your lesser leg volume is more than 100 GV you are eligible for a $10 Royalty Team commission for every 100 GV. Therefore, in this example you would qualify for a $65 commision (10% of 650 GV on your lesser leg).

PERSONAL ENROLLMENT TREE AND CHECKMATCH


06 CHECKMATCH
To further reward our Regeneca eld leaders, we have created the Check Match (CM) Bonus.* This bonus allows you to earn a CM on the Royalty Team commissions paid to IBOs you personally enroll, the IBOs they personally enroll, and so onup to eight generations of IBOs in your personal enrollment tree. Level Check Match: As your Regeneca Star achievement increases, so does the number of levels on which you can be paid a CM.
When you achieve your 1 Star achievement, you are eligible for a 10% CM on the Royalty Team commissions of all your Level 1 PE IBOs earned during that monthly cycle.* When you achieve 2 Star achievement, you are eligible for a 10% CM on Level 1 PE IBOs and a 5% CM on Level 2 PE IBOs.* When you achieve 3 Star achievement, you are eligible for a 10% CM on Level 1 PE IBOs and a 5% CM on Levels 2-4 PE IBOs. (The rst monthly period when you achieve 3 Star you get a one time Level 1 CM of 25% on PE IBOs who have a paid rank of Bronze or less on the following months Check Match bonus.)* When you achieve 4 Star achievement, you are eligible for a 10% CM on Level 1 PE IBOs and a 5% CM on Levels 2-8 PE IBOs. (The rst monthly period when you achieve 4 Star you get a one time Level 1 CM of 50% on PE IBOs who have a paid rank of Bronze or less on the following months Check Match bonus.)* *Check Match bonus is a percentage of the monthly cumulative Royalty Team commissions.

Generational Check Match (GCM): When you rst achieve the paid rank of Diamond Executive or higher, you will be eligible for Generational Check Match for that monthly cycle. (In order to receive GCM each monthly period after the rst period that you earned GCM you must maintain a paid rank of Diamond Executive or higher and have a PE IBO on both your left and right teams with a minimum paid rank of Gold.) When you qualify for GCM you are not eligible for Level Check Match. Generational Check Match overrides Level Check Match. A generation is determined by each Diamond Executive found in your Personally Enrolled organization. Your rst generation would be all the PE levels between yourself and the level of your rst Diamond Executive, on that level you are paid a 10% check match on all binary checks in the PE levels that make up that generation. Your next generation is made up of all the levels between your rst Diamond Executive and your next Diamond Executive to include that Diamonds level. A generation ends when a qualied Diamond Executive is found, regardless of depth. You will receive 5% on this generation and all other generations until you reach 8 generations of Diamond Executives. You may earn a GCM not only on the Diamond Executives found in each of your personal enrollment tree groups, but also on IBOs at the various ranks below Diamond Executive. The GCM has unlimited width, determined only by the number of Level 1 PE IBOs. Therefore, in order to maximize your income, you should strive to continue advancing to higher ranks as well as personally enrolling IBOs, thereby creating more personal enrollment tree legs on which you can earn a GCM. Please review the example of GCM on the following page.

Example Illustration This illustration is designed to help you better understand the GCM program. In this example, you are a qualied 3 Star Diamond Executive, which enables you to earn a GCM through up to 8 generations of Diamond Executives on each of your four personal enrollment tree teams. Once a qualied paid as Diamond Executive is found on any team, it completes the rst generation of IBOs for that particular team. Lets look at the team that begins with Bob. In this particular team, you would earn a GCM through Ryan and Skip who are at the bottom of your 5th generation, and within 8 Diamond Executive generations. Lets look at one nal example. On the personal enrollment tree team beginning with Amy no Diamond Executive exists in this line; therefore, everyone in this line is considered rst generation. If Amy or Ted were to earn Royalty Team commissions, you would earn a rst generation GCM. To maximize your earnings with the GCM Bonus, you should strive to reach our highest Regeneca rank.

07 BONUS LIFESTYLE
As your REGENECA business grows and you advance in rank you gain access to an additional bonus designed to help you achieve and maintain the Lifestyle you have always wanted. Once you obtain and maintain the paid rank of Gold or higher, you are eligible to receive the Lifestyle Bonus. This bonus is paid every month, and is a cash bonus paid against 10% of your Royalty Team Commissions earned during the month or the Rank cap, the lesser of the two. Review the table below for details on the rank payouts:

*For Example, if your Paid Rank is Crown Diamond and your total Royalty Commissions earned in a month were $25,000 then 10% of your Royalty Team commissions would be $2500. The Lifestyle Bonus Maximum if you are a Crown Diamond is $2000, so your Lifestyle Bonus for that period would be $2000. There is no limit to the number of times you can achieve this bonus, it is paid monthly, you only have to be 100 PV qualied and at a qualifying Paid Rank.

QUALIFICATIONS
Personally Enroll 2 IBOs, one on your left team and one on your right team who each have become Qualied. Personally Enroll 4 IBOs, two on the left team and two on the right team who each have become Qualied. Personally Enroll 8 IBOs, four on the left team and four on the right team who each have become Qualied. Personally Enroll 16 IBOs, eight on the left team and eight on the right team who each have acquired Personally Enrolled status.

COMPENSATION PLAN Q&A


Why am I considered active for four weeks rather than an entire month? Because we pay weekly commissions rather than monthly commissions, our denition of active is a four week rolling period rather than an entire month (each week runs from Saturday at 12:01 a.m. PST to Friday at midnight). If I go inactive, what happens to my volume and organization? All accumulated group volume will be reset to zero; however, once you reactivate by generating 50 PV, you will once again begin to accumulate group volume as products are sold in your downline organization. Once Ive earned commissions, when can I expect to be paid? The commission week ends Friday at exactly midnight (PST). Any earned commissions will be paid 7 days later, which is the Friday after the end of the commission week. However, the rst time commissions are earned, we must process your eWallet account, where your commissions are deposited. When Royalty Team Commissions are paid, what volume is deducted from my business center? Any volume on your left and right legs that was used to earn Royalty Team commissions will be deducted. Any unpaid volume will continue accumulating as long as you remain active. What is Auto-Delivery? This optional program allows you to establish a standing order every four weeks with REGENECA. Your product will be delivered to you on a regular basis. You can put your Auto-Delivery order on hold, change it, or cancel it at any time by sending an email to support@regeneca.com. (Please notify us at least two business days before your next scheduled Auto-Delivery order for changes to take effect for that Auto-Delivery date.) How do I generate PV? You can generate personal volume in two waysthrough Auto-Delivery purchases made by your Preferred Customers, purchases by Online Associates, purchases by Retail Customers through your replicated sites, and through your own personal purchases.
