INTRODUCTION
ThisFEMStorageEquipmentInformationBulletinNo.1isprimarilyaddressedto USERSandSUPPLIERSofpalletracking. Itspurposeistoincreasethemarket`sawarenessofUserandSupplierresponsibilities andtherebyto helpimproveoperationalsafety; reducethemistreatmentofstorageequipment; providealistwhichwillhelpUsersandSupplierswithanydifferenceof opinion,disputeorlitigationtheymayhavewithasupply,and,asa consequence,reduceavoidableandunnecessarycostsforbothUsersand Suppliers.
