Round Corner Disk Sander --Round one of the corners to a 1” Diameter or ½”

1. Lay out the corner radius using a circle templet or a compass. (Line up the
tick with the outer edges of the board.)
2. Use the disk sander to round the corner. (make sure to leave your line.)
1. Locate the center line (Lengthwise) and draw it on the block using a Combination
Square. Draw the line back into the piece about 1 ½”.
2. Using a Combination Square lay out a horizontal line 3/8” back into the puzzle
piece. Drill a 3/16 inch hole where the two lines cross.

1. Draw out the puzzle shape across the center of the board.
2. Using the jig saw cut the line out to make the two sides of your puzzle.
1. Using the Palm sanders, sand the faces of your puzzle piece as demonstrated.

2. Sand the edges of your puzzle piece by hand.

1. Using your choice of Watco stain, stain your puzzle piece as demonstrated.
(Make sure you put on two coats and wait one day between coats.)
