Arc welding provides you the ability to join two pieces of metals by melting them with an arc generated between a coated-metal electrode and the base metal. The temperatures developed by the arc can reach as high as 10,000 Fahrenheit.
The Manual Metal Arc welding process, referred to as metallicarc welding, arc welding or stick welding, is extensively used in welding ferrous and nonferrous metals.

The filler wire is fed continuously, through a contact tube or tip (from which it picks up welding current), into the arc area. Transmig 400HD The arc is formed in an shielding gas which prevent oxidation of the weld, assists in cleaning, determines the heating characteristics of the arc and the mode of transfer.
In MIG process, the heat generated by an arc, formed between the end of a consumable filler wire and the work piece, is used to fuse the joint area.

EOI Copper Coated Wire is copper plated and produced in a modern plant in Malaysia to the American Welding Society Specification AWS A5.18-79 Classification ER70S-6. The wire is approved by American Bureau of Shipping and Lyolds Register of Shipping. M.I.G. wire is extensively applied and used in the following Industries: Automobiles manufacturing; Auto parts manufacturing; Furniture industries; Containers manufacturing; Engineering Maintenance and Fabrication work and so on.
STANDARD SIZES
0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm
M.I.G. wire is checked and tested at each step of the process from raw material to finished product. We make sure it is up to prescribed standardsIt is not good enough for us unless it is good enough for your industry.

The process differs from Metal Inert Gas (MIG) because the electrode is not melted and used as filler metal. On welds that require filler metal, a welding rod is fed into the weld zone and melted with the base metal. The electric arc is produced by the passage of current between the tungsten electrode (nonconsumable) and the part to be welded (work). The heat generated by the arc melts the base metal.
TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) uses a nonconsumable tungsten electrode held in a torch. Shielding gas is fed through the welding torch to protect the electrode, molten weld pool, and weld zone from contamination by the atmosphere

The power supply is a constant current DC power source. The open circuit voltage is typically in the range of 240 to 400 VDC The output current (amperage) of the power supply determines the speed and cut thickness capability of the system. The main function of the power supply is to provide the correct energy to maintain the plasma arc after ionization.

PLASMA CUTTING
37
The basic plasma arc cutting system consists of a power supply, an arc starting circuit and a torch. These system components provide the electrical energy, ionization capability and process control that is necessary to produce high quality, highly productive cuts on a variety of different materials.
