Introduction

Overview of Bangladesh garments industry Being the biggest contributor to the country's foreign exchange- around 76 percent- and employing around 2.2 million people, 80 percent of them women, the importance of nurturing a sector as vibrant and thriving as the garments industry, cannot be emphasized enough. With export of Ready Made Garments (RMG) reaching 9.2 billion in 2007 and predictions of it rising to 12 billion or more in the next two years, it is obvious that the industry is growing at an exponential speed. Greater demand for our garments abroad indicates the improvement in quality of the products as well as greater customer confidence, which translates to further expansion of the industry, more employment, more consumers in the domestic market and a huge boost to the economy. However, there are many jolts and stumbles along the road to economic freedom and overcoming them will determine whether we can sustain the boom that is waiting to happen. We try to focus on the assignment about the behavioral pattern in Swan garments. The objectives of the study are as follows: i) ii) iii) To know the behavioral system followed in readymade garments industry of Bangladesh. To identify the various avenues for improving the organizational behavior in readymade garments of Bangladesh. Suggesting strategies to improve the condition of the organizational behavior in readymade garments of Bangladesh.

Methodology
To complete our report or assignment in a decision we use some method. To collect information we search internet, read newspaper, and utilize our personal observation and organizational profile. We collect some information from primary sources through direct interview of the Swan garments authority and workers. Our secondary information collected through internet and organizational profile.

Findings and Analysis

Internal Environment: Inside the building, everything is squeaky clean, the executive offices, glass walls, even the factory floors where state-of-the-art machinery add to the sophisticated process of making this garment. The working condition is well decorated and also supportive to the workers. Salary: New entered workers get basic 3000 TK and two years experienced workers get above basic5000 TK. Bonus and other facilities: Every worker gets two bonuses in a year in the basis of their basic salary. Workers also get 1.5 times money for per hour over time. Sometime management offer extra benefit based on the performance of the workers. Training facilities: When the management recruit new worker the management provide short training facilities. Safety facilities: i) In every floor has sufficient oxygen cylinder for saving the workers from the hand of fire. ii) In this factory has fire exit way. iii) The workers used mask in time of working. iv) They also used hand globs in the time of working. Workers Compensation: Workers compensation includes the compensation when an employee becomes injured or disable due to extreme working conditions or while working at the job site.

Identified Problems
i) ii) iii) iv) v) Low Salary: The workers do not get the sufficient salary against their work. No Baby Care Facilities: In this factory have no baby care facilities. No Better Training facilities: The management provides short term training facilities but it is not sufficient training facilities. Rude Behavior: The supervisor or the floor incharge some time make unexpected attitude with the workers. Workers Frustration: The management does not provide any recreational activities for the workers. The workers also tensed about their job stability, because if any worker make poor performance consecutively then the management authority fire his/her. vi) vii) No Motivation: The management authority does not provide proper motivational factors. Bad Sanitation: In this factory have no hygienic sanitation system.

Recommendations
i) The provided salary is not sufficient for the workers to survive batter life. If the authority provides adequate salary to the workers then the workers perform better to batter production. ii) The authority should provide baby care facilities because the women workers always tensed about their child. If the authority provides this facility then the women workers involved herself in the job perfectly. iii) If the management arranged the training facility to the workers then the workers will be more skilled from now. The skilled workers help to increase product quality. iv) v) The management should control the rude behavior of the supervisor to the workers. It helps the workers be more concern about their job. The authority should arrange some recreational activities for the workers as like picnic. If the management authority makes the job stable then the workers perform efficiently. vi) Motivation is one of the most important factors to make the workers efficient. So the management should introduce different types motivation for the purpose of batter production. vii) Due to bad sanitation the workers may fall in illness. So the authority should provide batter sanitation facility.

Conclusion
We try our level best to show the overview of the behavioral pattern of the swan garments. But it is not possible to show the total condition of the relationship between the management and the workers. Because it is confidential matter of the organization, lack of the proper information we are unable to provide the batter information about the swan garments.
