Dear Mam,

would like to put up the case of TDR claimed by me on 21 Oct 2011 was suppose to
travel from Khandwa to tarsi and my connecting train was from tarsi to Bhilai Power
House but due to Traffic Jam got stuck and my train got missed at Khandwa Railway
station and when en quired that travelling by road is not possible from Khandwa to
itarsi and the next train was available was after 1 and half hour so seeing
this critical situation have cancelled both the train ticket one which missed and other
which was suppose to board as a connecting train from tarsi.

have filed the TDR claim on that very day probably within an hour this can be verified
with T records. would like to draw attention Mam that TDR claimed for connecting
train is received by me and TDR claimed for missed train is rejected saying that
have traveled this can checked with common sense that if a person is travelling till tarsi
will not catch his connecting train.

On 3rd December have received the status that says ref no 3856-NRBSB/2 As per
records passenger traveled on the ticket The case is repudiated.
The reason why am taking up this case so seriously is not the refund or money which
suppose to get from ndian Railway but that the comment says the case
is 705:/,90/ which is not at all acceptable and puts a black mark on my complaint
which is very true in all aspects. would like to mention the refund am suppose to get
is just a very nominal amount. and have properly gone through the rules of TDR
complaint false complaint is likely to be prosecuted. That is why am so serious in this
regard when a passenger can prosecuted why not the official can prosecuted for false
information being provided to RCTC.

Strict legal action will be taken against the customer, who fraudulently or dishonestly
makes any claim for refund, which he knows to be false and not applicable under any
extant ndian Railways/RCTC rules & provision for Refunds


But would like to bring this point into the knowledge of vigilance department so that
corruption prevailing in R can be checked and controlled and others should get a
lesson from this incident.

Madam am attaching the documents that have presently is electronic copies of TDR
claimed by me.


am trying to search more evidences that says have not traveled on that very day and
will furnish them as early as possible in the trailing mail.

Requesting a prompt action in this regard
