a) From the SAP Easy Access menu choose Logistics Materials Management Material
Master Material Create (General)

b) Choose

Immediately / MM01.

c) Enter Material: R-FA1## or other material according to the distribution.

Hi Hint: ## Refers to the student group number assigned in class.

d) Enter Industry sector: Mechanical engineering. e) Enter Material type: Finished Product.
f) Enter copy from material : R-F1##.

g) Choose Select view(s). h) Select all Views by clicking i) Choose

. DO NOT select PRODUCTION RESOURCES / TOOLS view. You shall UNCLICK the PRODUCTION RESOURCES / TOOLS view. Continue/Enter.

j) Enter Plant: 1000.

k) Enter Storage location: 0002. l) Enter Sales Org: 1000 m) Enter Distr Channel: 10 n) Enter Warehouse No : 001 o) Enter the same value for Plant, Storage Location, Sales Org., Distr. Channel, and Warehouse
No. on the Copy From Table.

p) Choose

Continue/Enter

q) Press Enter to move to another Tab. Do not need to change the entry proposed by the system. r) Click on
to move to another Tab from Classification Tab.

s) To move to another tab from Sales Text view and Purchase Order Text View, please
manually click on the next view (Purchasing and MRP1) in order to move to the next view.

t) Please save

the data if last view (Costing 2 view) is reached.

Create Bill of Material for Material R-FA1## (or other material according to the distribution of Material Code).
a) From the SAP Easy Access menu choose Logistics Production Master Data Bill of
Material Bill of Material Material BOM Create / CS01.

b) Choose

CS01- Create. Data R-FA1## 1000 1 01.01.2009

Field Material Plant BOM Usage Valid From

c) Enter Material: R-FA1## or other material according to the distribution. d) Enter Plant: 1000. e) Enter BOM Usage: 1 f) Enter Valid From: 01.01.2009 g) Choose Copy From
