Senior Operations Warehouse Logistics Manager, 4/2000-2/2010 Held full accountability for supplying build materials to field technicians while maintaining an accurate inventory. Developed and implemented standard processes and procedures that ensured overall accuracy of inventory and accounting. Monitored SAP reports; identified discrepancies regarding inventory, taxes, and labor. Created matrix to measure and evaluate warehouse efficiency levels. Negotiated and secured cost-effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with major vendors. Established and maintained relationships with transportation companies that led to a single national carrier for the entire country.
