INTENDED BRANCH OFFICE
Representative of Winco Marketing Pakistan used to go to UK and other European
countries to explore business opportunities. We are well aware of the customers needs
and found ourselves to have sufficient capacity to cater the total needs of export market
with prompt deliveries and guaranteed Quality.
Therefore, we intend to start up a sales office in the UK in order to expand client's
portfolio. This will not only allow us to have one to one interaction with clients but also
provide a unique opportunity to strengthen our ties with every customer around UK and
also nearby European countries.

Scope of the project
The company's basic target is to reach maximum importers / buyers across UK and
other European countries and offer them best quality at attractive prices with quality
guarantee. The local set up will give confidence to all the importers / distributors.
Since the EU has put some quality checks at cotton yarn import from Pakistan, and
Government of Pakistan has also decided to restrict cotton yarn exports again, it's
becoming very difficult for medium size companies to win the trust of new buyers in the
UK & EU. After having local office in UK Winco Marketing Pakistan can easily handle
this issue and get advantage over its competitors. All customers should also feel the
essence of personalization by dealing directly through our sales office.

Scope management
A positive growth of import and export in the country is quite obvious as the world
is becoming a global village. This raised a need to register a company (branch office) in
the UK in order to increase sales by reaching maximum customers in the UK and also
to other European countries.
Our target is to offer every customer the product that can meet his/her own
individual demands. This requires that our products can prove their worth in everyday
use and guarantee the highest possible economic value.

13

Objectives
The objectives of starting such project are as follows:
To increase annual turnover of the company
To provide best and finest quality products as per customer's needs.
Remain closer to our business partners and fulfill their needs promptly.
Develop liaison with other retailers in the market.
Expand our marketing and advertising in other European countries.
Contribute in the economy of the UK.

Keys to Success
The demand of yarn is increasing every year; therefore there is a good charm for the
new players in UK. Most of the customers prefer to deal directly with European (local)
companies rather to import directly from the origin, therefore the chances are bright for
the success of our project
We are familiar with the market conditions of various European countries, especially the
UK and already have existing sound business ties, so there are more chances that we'll
establish and run our office in a better manner.

Business Promotion
A hyper change in the world markets has become the integral element for the
next wave of economical growth, driving us to new thoughts and innovative ideas.
Adherence of new promotional dynamics has become the most fundamentals aspect of
the marketing track, making customer reach out to all potential customers, who cannot
be ignored.
Today, seminars, exhibitions, conferences etc have become the symbol of
success worldwide. So to promote our business, we will publish our product information
in business newsletter, newspapers and also arrange a seminar to give shipping
business awareness and importance of our product. n this seminar, we will try to invite
our targeted customers as well as suppliers of raw material to get connected with them
in long run.
