Site Plan
Site Plan
The vision of the plan is to create a mixed-use, walkable town center that will serve as Wyandanchs new downtown where residents can live, work, and play. The intermodal plaza will help to make Wyandanch a multi-transit hub for buses and the Long Island Railroad (LIRR). The plan features mixed-use buildings that integrate retail uses on ground floors with residential and office uses on top. Station Plaza and Wyandanch Green are meant to serve as the plans anchors that will serve community needs for various events and programs (ex: winter ice skating, etc).
