JOB POSITION SUMMARY & PURPOSE

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT GROUPS


Corporate Finance (CF), Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Emerging Corporates Banking (ECB) & Multinationals Relationship Banking (MNC) The primary purpose of this role is to acquire new client relationships and grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with existing client base Be adept at financial analysis in context of the banking products being sold to the clients. Achieve Banks objective in terms of earnings, assets liabilities, credit quality and cross sell both asset and liability products across customer base Prepare credit approval/renewal memorandum, generate risk analysis reports on the client portfolio Government Relationship Management (GRM) The primary purpose of this role is to acquire new client relationships and grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with various Government institutions Be adept at financial analysis in context of the banking products being sold to the clients. Focus on offering financial solutions for their cash management, trade financing, project financing, advisory, and Treasury services Prepare credit approval/renewal memorandum, generate risk analysis reports on the client portfolio Indian Financial Institutions (IFI) Develop and mange quality and broad based relationships with a variety of financial intermediaries like Banks, MFs, Insurance Companies, NBFCs etc in the assigned CRM to generate targeted revenues from cross sale of various products offered by the bank e.g. Credit linked products, Cash Management, DCM etc. Work in close coordination with various product partners to leverage client relationships and maximize cross sell International Banking (IBD)

Develop and mange quality and broad based relationships with a variety of international financial intermediaries like banks, multilateral/bilateral agencies, institutions, exchange houses, financial sponsors etc within the assigned geographies. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and internal policies. Work in close coordination with the various product partners to leverage client relationship and maximise cross sell

PRODUCT GROUPS
Financial Market - Trading Market making in Cross Currency spot for Banks corporate clients Proprietary trading in Cross Currency Spot Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal guidelines Constantly provide market flow information to sales team to be passed on to clients Monitoring of counterparty credit limits

Financial Market Sales Generate revenue from sale of vanilla FX products to the banks clients including Business Banking and SME clients Execute client trades and keep track of their open positions and constantly advise the client on these positions on the basis of technical analysis, macro and micro economic and fundamental research Constantly engage with the Financial Markets risk advisors, relationship managers and other product partners to leverage the client relationship, deepen existing relationships and acquire new ones Responsible for all OTD and transactional documentation for FX business undertaken with the banks clients. Financial Market Debt Capital Market (DCM) Distributing bonds to various channels with a special focus on Provident fund and cooperative bank segment. Empanelling YBL as regular counterparty with large PFs. Building relationships with Cooperative Banks for portfolio advisory mandates. Enhancing the PF broker network through new tie ups. Corporate Finance (CF) The incumbents would be required develop sectoral expertise and strengthen their modelling, appraisal, and business skills through intensive hands-on experience covering a wide variety of transactions across various sectors. Credit appraisal of Project Finance and other loan proposals in areas like Infrastructure, Education, Real Estate, Hospitality etc. Deal structuring and structured finance execution

Portfolio management including monitoring and client servicing Tracking delegated infrastructure sectors like Airports, Ports, Power, Renewable Energy, Roads, SEZs and writing & updating reports on them Bid preparation and financial advisory services Investment Banking (IB) Assisting the team by providing high quality research, presentations and assistance in making Information Memorandum, client pitches and valuations. Working with senior team members on transaction management and execution. Independent research to develop leads and ideas given by senior team members. Internal monitoring of receivables and deliverables and advising senior management to institute timely action. Loan Syndications (LS) Project appraisal involving financial modelling, technical, industry and risk analysis. Debt Syndication - Representation to lenders and making presentations on the projects, interacting with various banks, holding lenders meets for allocation and distribution of debt and execution of common documents. Deal execution - Evaluation of term sheets / loan agreements, structuring the transactions, preparation of information memorandum, presentations to lenders, spreadsheet modelling for evaluation of returns, coordination on clients behalf for legal / financial due diligence Liabilities Product Management (LPM) Drive new product initiatives and assess the profitability of existing products across client facing businesses of the Bank. Manage and maintain the development of strong and differentiated product proposition and brand identity. Develop and manage a strong mutually rewarding relationship with the partners (both internally & externally). Maintain strong focus on competitor activity and take proactive steps to counter them. Enhance product profitability and periodically review the portfolio quality. Cards Management Gain in-depth expertise on Cards Management products across all channels, offer product support/training to internal staff & participate in external trainings Based on customer/branch/market feedback, evaluate product changes/suggestions and coordinate implementation with all stakeholders (Technology Solutions, Operations, Marketing &Corporate Communications, etc) Involvement in gap analysis/ process design of ongoing/proposed card related projects at Yes Bank. MIS and portfolio analysis and provide insights basis the same. Project Management through outsourcing with clear focus on delivery within specified deadlines. Instituting comprehensive tracking mechanisms and controls in order to achieve the same. Direct Banking & Innovation

Manage and enhance the usability of Internet, ATM, IVR, Cards, Mobile and other payment platforms through enhanced and innovative features; Regular benchmarking of best practices and building up new and innovative opportunities to build transactions; Speedier increase in usage of the existing services in the relevant market segments with customer training and promotion of programs internally; Training to the sales teams and relationship teams on various product features and promote volumes/business through rewards and recognition; Develop partner eco system for creation of innovative services; Think through innovative means/services to enhance CASA growth for the Bank and fee income opportunities Transaction Banking Group (TBG) Manage the sales for the suite of Cash management & Trade Services across the spectrum of Banks clients in a select location Meet and service cash management & trade related requirements of clients by liaising with operations/Product Process Improvements and new Product Development ideas, to achieve incremental cross sell/increased share of wallet, to maintain highest service delivery standards/VOC scores End-to-end product ownership and management New Product Rollouts Existing products augmentation Client Specific Product Structuring Revenue Model Definition & Segment level pricing

SUPPORT GROUPS
Marketing & Corporate Communications (MCC) Develop and execute marketing plans, events and campaigns for each individual SBU / function and overall bank based on latent/potential requirement, keeping in mind key consumer insights Setting strategic communication objectives in-line with business needs Engaging with and briefing partner agencies, preparing marketing collaterals and product brochures within set brand and product guidelines Assisting in the business development initiatives and alliances with the identified BD team, and working with the RMs and the Product managers Risk Management (RM) This unit houses the Risk Management framework/systems, controls and processes across the Bank, and encompasses the Credit Risk for C & IB, ECB, BB and RB businesses, Credit Mid and Back Office Management, Market Risk, and Legal functions at YES BANK. The function also caters to the Regulatory Compliance aspect of Credit Management through risk related reporting to the regulator and interfacing with the RBI on an ongoing basis

including the Annual Financial Inspections and effectively implement Basel II across the Bank In this function, executives will handle board responsibilities for the Credit policy review along with all related compliances and reporting/interaction with the Risk Monitoring Committee of the Board on a regular basis Operations & Service Delivery (OSD) YES Banks Operations & Service Delivery Group has 2 National Operating Centres located at Mumbai & Gurgaon. The OSD group primarily comprises of key Operational domains like Cash Management, Trade Services, Capital Markets, Financial Markets, Retail Liabilities. In addition to this there are other verticals for Operational Risk Management, KYC/AML, Fraud Management, Superior Service delivery & Quality Assurance The OSD unit has the Best-in-Class back-end systems on an integrated level with adequate and wholesome risks and controls to prevent fraud and facilitate business processes. The OSD RMs actively partner with the business group, understand their processes and review and recommend alternate customer-friendly upgrades. Responsible for driving Quality Initiatives: Ensure to promptly publish sigma score cards Obtain & ensure to retain ISO certification Implement 5s at all departments Customer Satisfaction Surveys The OSD also houses the first-of-its-kind and award winning speech recognition contact centre. Technology Solutions Group (TSG) YES BANK firmly believes that Technology is one of its biggest differentiator in the marketplace. Business Management, Innovation and Strategy (BMIS) As part of the MD/CEOs central strategy team, work closely with CEO and Business Heads in planning, execution and monitoring of various strategic initiatives and projects, as well as monitoring/tracking Business Unit targets/budgets. Work closely with the related departments of Wholesale Banking and Retail Banking groups for effective cross-sell and target achievement.

Ensure alignment to institutional goals in partner teams and prepare business analysis & reporting and recommendations to the MD/CEO. Market review and competitor analysis of developments in different SBU products, processes, innovations etc. Working in a high-octane team being nurtured as the future leaders of the Bank

Human Capital Management (HCM) Augmenting HCM-Business Partnership, Human Capital Planning, Talent Acquisition for specific Business / Product / Support functions and People Engagement Driving Compensation & Benefits for partner groups, Analysis of Learning & Development needs and partnering in driving HR Solutions Act as a bouncing board / strategic advisor to the business functions Live assignments ensuring that the Banks HR priorities and plans are aligned to business plans, including manpower planning, maximizing employee productivity through innovative HR interventions and continuous engagement & driving and measuring people performance
