Report On: How to implement better socio economic system in society.

Our topic is how we can carve better social economic system in society. For this purpose we have some contents like National psyche and mindset. National Psychology refers to the (real or alleged) distinctive psychological make-up of particular nations, ethnic groups or people, and to the comparative study of those characteristics in social psychology, sociology, political science and anthropology. National psychology plays a role in politics via the ideology of nationalism. Second term we used for is mindset. In decision theory and general systems theory, a mindset is a set of assumptions, methods or notations held by one or more people or groups of people which is so established that it creates a powerful incentive within these people or groups to continue to adopt or accept prior behaviors, choices, or tools. On the positive side a mindset can also be seen as incident of a person's Weltanschauung or philosophy of life. For example there has been quite some interest in the typical mindset of an entrepreneur. It can be Thief mind set due to some unemployment or other issues. What is the mindset and psyche that will allow for an
official, to openly falsify documentation and steal thousands

of pensioners entitlement and with impunity lodge it, in foreign currency, in their local bank account? What is the mindset of the person? Who is a legislator of the law and receives a quarterly payment for constituency projects from the taxpayer and he or she pockets the money and does nothing for his or her people? Or that of the governor or commissioner who inflates contracts and only spends a small percentage of the inflated contract sum to partially and shabbily execute a road or infrastructure contract.

Third thing we used for implement better social economy is Building up of human capitals. Human and Social are key Capitals in Building A Healthy and Wealthy Society. It is necessary to have The Relationship between Human Capital, Productivity and Market Value Building up from Micro Evidence. A healthy community has high levels of social, ecological, human, and economic capitals; the combination of which is regarded as community capital. Fourth term we used for better economic system is Best use of technology. It plays vital role to implement better economic system in society. Basically Technology is the making, usage, and knowledge of tools, machines, techniques, crafts, systems or methods of organization in order to solve a problem or perform a specific function. It can also refer to the collection of such tools, machinery, and procedures. We can use

different type of technologies for better socio system, like Dual use of technology. Dual-use is a term often used in politics and diplomacy to refer to technology which can be used for both peaceful and military aims. It often refers to the proliferation of nuclear weapons. One thing always come to our mind, Why we use technology?? Basically it is used for foster students' abilities, revolutionize the way they work and think, and give them new access to the world. Technology can be used in different fields, like Use Of Technology In Education, Use Of Technology In A Business, Use Of Technology In The Classroom, Use Of Technology In Business Communication, Use Of Technology In Agriculture, Use Of Technology In Marketing.

Fifth term we used is Young labor force. A labor force or labor force is a region's combined civilian .They were young single women and men. It is usually caused by unemployment, Ignorance, Lack of knowledge, Effect of social environment. Sixth term we used is Governance. Better social economic system depends upon Governance. Governance is the act of governing. It relates to decisions that define expectations, grant power, or

verify performance. It consists of either a separate process or part of management or leadership processes. These processes and systems are typically administered by a government. In the case of a business or of a non-profit organization, governance relates to consistent management, cohesive policies, guidance, processes and decisionrights for a given area of responsibility. There are many types of governance like, Global governance, Corporate governance, Project governance, Information technology governance, Participatory Governance, Non-Profit Governance. In this governance , we used another term devolution, Devolution is the statutory granting of powers from the central government of a sovereign state to government at a subnational level, such as a regional, local, or state level. Devolution can be mainly financial, e.g. giving areas a budget which was formerly administered by central government. However, the power to make legislation relevant to the area may also be granted. Last term we used for implementing better social economic is decentralization. The term decentralization is used to cover a broad range of transfers of the "locus of decision making" from central governments to regional, municipal or local governments

Decentralization is "the means to allow for the participation of people and local governments Decentralization is of many types like, Political decentralization, Administrative decentralization, Fiscal decentralization, Market decentralization. By act upon on all those factors which are defined above, we can create a good social economic system. Through these terms we can implement better socio economic system in society.
