Also consolidated 12 purely regional help desks into one outsourced facility in Piscataway, NJ to save $1.5M annually, integrate technical support and dramatically improve customer service. Converted HQ POTS phone system serving 850 employees to new, VoIP system for $50,000 savings per month with better integration of voice and email systems for optimum productivity.
