Managing Director of US IT Operations, 2005 Present Report to Global CIO, lead staff of 28 plus contract staff of 25 to direct all daily IT operations for 63 US offices as well as directing three territory managers in Mexico, South America and Asia. Systems include LAN, WAN, email, voice and data networks, technical support and help desks with $13M 0perating and $12M capital budgets. Converted HQ POTS phone system serving 850 employees to new, VoIP system for $50,000 savings per month with better integration of voice and email systems for optimum productivity.
