Extends your CAD capabilities. Automatic generation of floor-plans, elevations and schedules all to your own set of office drawing standards. Automatic creation of a parametric 3D model with geo metric relationships between structural elements. Move girders and watch the supporting framing automatically adjust to the new geometry. Manually add columns, lateral and gravity beams, joists, lateral and gravity cantilevered beams, and braces to the CADstudio model. Add labels to newly added members. Split the member label information onto separate lines. Match the layout of multiple labels with that of an edited label. Merge multiple, like, joist labels into a typical note. Drawing Layouts
Drag and drop typical structural details and model views into paper space. Automatic drawing reference management keeps details correctly called-out as sheet numbers change. Options can be setup prior to drawing creation to match your style and office standards. CADstudios options can control the style for virtually any object in your drawing. After drawings have been created, most changes to the options update the drawings automatically. The Sheets tab of the dialog lets you attach any drawing border you desire to your layouts. Use your own CAD view label blocks to automatically label the views you place on a sheet. Specify a different style label block for different views. (Plans, Elevations or Detail views.) Change the drawing scale and the text scale updates automatically to match.

CIS/2 file export available for linking with detailing programs such as ProSteel.
