TERMS & CONDITIONS

01. Order once placed will not be subject to cancellation. 02. Payment : 50% advance at the time of order and balance payment before delivery of the material.

03. Sales Tax, Excise Duty, Octori, Cartage & any other levies (Central or provincial) as applicable at time of delivery, will be charged extra. 04. For the purpose of costing all the measurement will be measured in three inch standard size eg. 25" & 26" will be measured as 27" and 79" and 80" as 81" or 2', 2', 2', 3', 6', 6', 6', 7' 05. Kitchen : Kitchen Cabinet measurement will be measured face to face Corner will be measured one time only. Measurement of shutters will not be less than one feet. 06. Accessories and Hardware for Doors, Windows, Kitchens and almirahs etc. such as Hinges,Handle, Locks, Locking bolts, Screw etc. will be extra. and to be supplied by the customer for fixing at site on the day of fixing. 07. The minimum thckness of Door & window frames will be 35mm and of kitchen and almirah shutters 18mm. 08. The Wood size will be taken with " to " machining loss margin for every chowkhat, door, window & shutter. 09. All doors, windows etc. chemical treatment is done by vaccum and pressure system. Special Chemical Treatment is also done on demand of the customer on extra charges. 10. The rates for Glass doors & Windows are inclusive of 6mm thick and 4mm thick plain Modi Float glass respectively. in case the glass is required more than the prescribed thickness then the glass difference charges will be charged extra. Any Eching, Bevelling and Staining if required can be done on extra charges. The rates of glass windows with 4mm plain glass/M.S. Jali are same. S.S. Jali charges in doors & windows is fixed on extra. Charges. 11. Frame width upto 33" wide doors will be 4" avove 33" wide 5" bottom rail width 8" & window frame width 3". 12.We normally adher to delivery schedule,however, manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by force majeure clause. 13. Finger Jointing System will be used anywhere in Chowkhats, Doors & Windows etc. as per description of the manufacturer. 14. The manufacturer can increase / decrease numbers, size of Panels & Framing etc. matching to the required model without any notice if the size of the door / window is vary to the display size. 15. In case no drawing is provided by the customer & the drawing of our company is apporved by the customer, the material will be accepted by the customer as per the approved drawing and no like / dislike will be entertained. 16. Whiteness upto 5% to 10% in shisham and teak wood will be accepted by the customer. 17. 24% Interest wll be charged if material not collected on delivery date. 18. Disputes if any will be subject to Faridabad Juridiction only. 19. Polish Charges of Carving and Heavy panel door will be charged double of the prescribed rates. 20. The Fix Glass, Fix Glass Beading and Moulding for Chowkhats are extra. 21. Warranty void if polythene packing removed before polishing. 22. No warranty if the wooden material/product not protected from water or moisture. 23. Moulding, Beading, Back side Moulding on Door etc. Extra 24. In any of Wood if we found any defected wood or can be effected by pest so we can cut that part and can do finger jointed without pre-notification to client. 25. Customer have to Protect all type of Woods/MDF/HDF/Particle Boards/Ply/Veneers from Moisture and Sunrays to get 100 result and life of doors, chowkhats (frames), & windows. 26. Fix the Chowkhats (Frames) with Polythene packed as supplied and do not remove the polythene packing from the Chowkhats (Frames) up to Polishing/Painting/Varnish. 27. Get done Polish/Paint/Varnish on Doors, Windows, and Chowkhats (Frames) immediately after purchase/fixing. 28. Delay in Polish/Paint/Varnish may cause weather effect like cracks, warping Increase-decrease, decay & fungus etc. No Guarantee/Warranty of Polish on exposed/exteriorside of doors, windows and chowkhats (frames) etc. 29. Company can control Weather effect on wood up to 86% by seasoning, treatment & finger joints etc. on woods & by insertion of steel rods in doors, putting steel cap (Katori), plates on corners and steel rod & in bottom, chalk powder and black Japan coating etc. in doors, in windows, in chowkhats (frames). However 14% weather effect is possible on wood which may cause 1% effect for which the company will not be held responsible. 30. Both side same look charges of Doors : Carved Doors - 1.80 Times, Panel Door overlapping Moulding Panel Thickness 1" - 1.50 Times, Routering System Door - 1.15 Times, Panel Doors - 1.50 Times and Heavy Doors Small Carving - 1.60 Times Extra.
