Q1. How do you introduce yourself?

First of I will introduce myself with my name and my caste that I belong to, then my fathers name and his occupation and then I must tell in which city or district that I belong, then I shall tell about my background regarding my education and any work experience that I have done. Thats it. Q2.What is your strengths? I have defined my strength below: 1. I have analytical skill. 2. I am a proactive person. 3. I have decision making ability in the spot. 4. I have communication skills. 5. I have another good ability to solve the problem by providing multiple alternatives. 6. I can face any resistance if it creates hindrance for me to move forward. Q3.What is my weaknesses? There are only one or two weaknesses that is, 1. I am little bit angry person. 2. And I take little but rest during work Q4.What good could you be to our organization? If I shall be the part of our organization then I would use all my multiple skills to achieve the organizational goals and in terms of competitors, I must take it top through the team coordination and support of top level management. Q5.Where do you see yourself in near future? I see myself as an entrepreneur in the near future and I visualize that my future is bright because now I am doing BBA and time period required is 4 years then after completion of BBA I shall do MBA of one year and majors will be in Marketing. So to be an entrepreneur I have that resource of MBA and budget too. Thats why I visualize myself as an entrepreneur and my future is bright. Q6.What is your views on the current condition of Pakistan? Current condition of Pakistan is very bad there are many issues over here like Economic issues, security concerns issue, flood victims and dengue virus is various

big cities of Pakistan such as Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. In my views the responsible of current situation of Pakistan is not only government but we are also because they are elected by our acceptance and decision so firstly I must say that if we want to see our country and should counted in the rapidly growing economy and technologically like America, China and India etc. we have to wash our minds and hearts firstly and make the determination that we bring revolution like other few countries as it happened in Egypt or otherwise we are near to elect any new leader that he would involve hard situation of our country because Nation has big power to do anything. Yes! We have the power and have to fight to change our current bad situation of Pakistan. Q7. What do you hope to achieve through our organization? I have a lot of expectations from your organization, that I can achieve my personal goal easily and I will able to take decision and implement practically and will also able to do standardized team work practically and that experience I can implement on my organization also. Its mean that I want to learn good experience and it will more beneficial for me because Experience is resource in life.
