was justifiable because he lied to all of his empire, destroyed the lives of many rich nobles, and fought his own people with his army. King Louis was unfair to his country and his people. He was a king that was not giving the rights to the people, that they wanted. That is why the execution of King Louis XVI was justifiable to the people of France. The execution of King Louis XVI was justifiable because he lied to all of his empire. It said in the evidence, On 23 June you wished to dictate the laws to the nation; you presented them with two royal declaration, subversive of every liberty, and you ordered them to separate you established these outrages undeniably. That said that King Louis wanted to create laws that his people wanted, but ended up doing exactly the opposite. Another example was, On 14 September you apparently accepted the constitution; your speeches announced a desire to maintain it, and you worked to overthrow it before it even was achieved. That statement showed that even though he accepted the constitution, he knew he wanted to change it even before it was accepted. The third example was in the timeline, it said June 1791, King and family try to flee France. As we read in the book, it said that he was fine with everything and even came out and said everything was great. However, he tried to flee, showing that he was unhappy and did not feel safe. The execution of King Louis XVI was justifiable because he destroyed the lives of many rich nobles and representatives. In the timeline, June 1789, meeting hall of National Assembly locked. He locked it so that the representatives could not work and so he could have the power. Another example was, On 20 June 1789, you attacked the sovereignty of the people by suspending the assemblies of its representatives and by driving them by violence from the place of their sessions. That shows that he took away work from people. It also shows that the representatives could not do what they wanted. He tried to drive them away with violence. The execution of King Louis XVI was justifiable because he fought his own people with his army. Number 33 says, You caused the blood of Frenchman to flow. That means that he killed his own Frenchmen with his army. Another example was on the timeline, Royal troops surround Paris. That means that he used his army to surround Paris and used them to gain control. A third example was number one on the list of crimes, and driving them by violence from the place of their sessions. He forced people out of the city by attacking and driving people out of it. He also forced them out of their jobs, which angered people, such as nobles. King Louis fought his own people, destroyed lives, and lied to people, which was why his execution is justifiable. The indictment of King Louis shows that he cheated his people out of liberties, money, and jobs. That is what a monarch should not do. The people did have the right to execute the king, because he fought his own people with his army. Louis made the monarchy more of a tyranny dictatorship than king.
