Conducting Coordination meeting with Client / PMC / Consultants / Contractors and

setting the target, chase the target in close monitoring with each & every micro levels.

Arranging the respective clearances required for to run project without lapse of time
among the agencies.
Monitoring the deliverables reaching the site in time by following commercial / statuary /
technical implications
Following of RFI [Request for Information], CR [Change Request], VO [Variation
Order], Issuing site instructions, Approving Drawings, Preparing estimates / justifications
/ tenders / quotations / comparative statements / technical scrutiny / technical
recommendations for the client & contractors
Providing power, water, security arrangements, House keeping, issuing of gate pass,
clearing of unwanted materials / balance materials
Arranging safety & quality execution of project & achieving without any accidents &
injuries. Maintaining the site office arrangement of meeting / presentation /
demonstration

PMC Teams:
Detailing to the Clients & Contractors with respect to their respective activities, arranging
mobilization of work, organizing the site office, store area for all the contractors
Following of Drawing with Consultants, getting approvals, Forming BOQ as per the site
conditions & clients requisite, Floating Tenders, commercial implications,
Execution of work in close with contractors without violating sequences & quality,
corrections of works by issuing site instructions
Arranging facility to all contractors, clients, visitors, monitoring Security & house
keepers, maintaining site book, hindrance registers, work books,
Attending through contractors pending works, snag points, quality corrections
Guiding all contractors their work fronts.

QS Part:
Preparation bill / abstract along with retention, & other statuary deductions, certifying the
bill, measurements, & checking the materials & its parameters.

Experiences:
Having Independent skills, knowledge in all corners by managing of all activities since
undergone 25 years experience in the similar field especially in site works such as
project, construction, sales, commercial, facility managements maintenance, operation by
running own business up to 18 years handled more than eighty million cost works with
approximately 60 workers per month in the govt department / private sector jobs as a
contractor and all major companies as sub contractor in the name of CONREF Engineers.
It is the first firm short listed by BSNL as Class 1 contractor, also handled all related
service projects as per list attached.
Having overseas experience in Malaysia 2 years as maintenance in charge in an iron plant
thereby handled all mechanical part other than services.
Worked also as Project Engineer Services in PMC Company [Taamaesek Engineering
Consortium handled services projects in Premier Mills, Rattas Tech Towers, and ETA
Techno Park for the total value of 25 million costs]
Now working with Venkataramanan Associates Bangalore [leading architects & PMC in
India] Handled Clean air project in Astra Zenica Bangalore & Now deployed in TCS IT
park at bhubaneswar as Sr Service Coordinator [India’s First LEED / Green Platinum
Rated Campus] & drawing @ 7.2 per annum plus allowances
