This Addendum shall be read together with the terms and conditions of Celcoms Customer Agreement Form (CAF), terms and
conditions on the use of Celcom Broadband Service, Privacy Policy and Celcoms Fair Usage Policy as posted in our website at www.celcom.com.my/broadband.

This Package is open to all Celcoms existing customers, all Malaysians and Non-Malaysians / Expatriates (Customer). Customer
shall be subjected to an upfront payment of RM150.00 which will be collected upon registration.

By subscribing to this Package, Customer shall be subjected to the General Terms & Conditions (which includes terms and conditions
for Website Use, and the Agreement for Celcom Service including without limitation Postpaid Service which may be updated by Celcom from time to time. The current version of all these terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at www.celcom.com.my/broadband.

Wherever Customer Agreement Form (CAF) is mentioned, it shall refer to the Celcoms Registration Form This Addendum shall supersede and replace all prior agreements, arrangements or understandings on the same subject matter
entered between the Customer and Celcom.

This Package shall start from July 2011 and shall continue to be valid until further notification by Celcom. Any extension thereof shall
be subject to Celcoms sole discretion.

Celcom reserves the rights to change, amend and alter any part of this Addendum and/or Package including the terms and conditions
without prior notice to the Customer and the Customer agrees to be bound by such changes, amendments and alterations.

In the event of any inconsistencies between the provisions of this Addendum and the terms and conditions of CAF, the provisions of
this Addendum shall prevail and supersede such inconsistent provisions of the CAF in relation to the matters covered in this Addendum.

Celcom reserves the right to withdraw and terminate this Package at any time without any prior notice to the Customer.

* Pro-rate charge is calculated based on the formula: (number of days from registration to bill date) / (number of days in that month) * RM68 = (12) / (31) * RM68 = RM 26.32 ** This is a carried forward amount from the previous months unpaid bill *** The total amount payable does not include 6% government tax, other content download charges or roaming charges.

1. The Package Value (PV) will be pro-rated and will be reflected in the 1st month bill for Customer who has registered less than a full month's billing cycle 2. The PV will also be pro-rated and will be reflected in the bill if the Customer terminates the package before the billing cycle date 3. In the event the Customer registers on the billing cycle date, the PV will be backdated and will be reflected in the Customers first bill. 4. The upfront payment fee of RM150.00 shall be rebated to Customers at RM10/month over duration of 12 months. The remaining RM30 shall be charged as registration fee and will not be refundable. Stamp duty will be reflected in Customers first bill. 5. This Package does not include Voice Calls, Video calls and Video Streaming and any outgoing and incoming calls will be blocked. 6. Customer under this Package will enjoy a free Unlimited Internet Browsing which shall only be applicable for domestic usage within Malaysia 7. Customer must subscribe to the International Roaming services to enable the usage of international roaming and internet browsing. The charges for international roaming services will be based on the roaming countrys rate and Celcoms prevailing rates. Customers may refer to www.celcom.com.my for the international roaming rates. 8. Customer may request for Broadband International Roaming service by visiting any Celcom Branch.

Reconnection In the event of disconnection of the service, upon reconnection, Customer will be reconnected into the SAME bill plan and continue to enjoy the tariff and rate offered under this Package. A RM10 reconnection fee will be imposed. Minimum Subscription Period All lines registered and subscribed under this Package must remain active for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of activation (Minimum Subscripton Period) In the event of termination within the Minimum Subscription Period, a penalty in lieu of RM500 compensation shall be imposed and reflected in the bill of the next billing cycle. In the event of early termination before the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period, any remaining rebate which Customer is entitled to from upfront payment shall be forfeited. Other terms and conditions Celcom shall not be liable and disclaims any liability whatsoever of any claim against Celcom for any loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life or for any theft or lost SIM card attributed by negligent acts of Customer arising from or in connection with this Addendum and/or Package. Customer shall not be allowed to request for temporary disconnection under this Package. In the event of theft or loss of SIM card, Customer must obtain a SIM card replacement immediately from the nearest Celcoms branch. Customer shall be solely responsible for any accumulated usage charges (SMS, MMS, Content Download and or Data Roaming) during this period in the event of loss or stolen SIM card. All offers under this Package are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash. Celcom reserves the right to withdraw and terminate this Package without prior notice to the Customer.
