EDUCATION VERIFICATION
Access the records of the relevant Educational Institutions to verify the claimed educational and professional qualification of the candidate. Ascertain the validity of any certificates presented by the candidate. Checking the authenticity of the University and Institutes.

EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION
At first hand, to check the authenticity of the company itself. Contact the previous employer of the candidate going back to previous employments through email / fax / letter/ or visit to the premises Verify his claimed service period, the position held by him and salary drawn Check his professional abilities and personal reputation of the employee. Only a in case the employer does can be not respond where through Date, mail Time, etc., Name, telephonic/verbal confirmation taken

ADDRESS VERIFICATION
Residential address verification (current, permanent, previous) can be conducted through physical site visits or via WRSs proprietary database or telephonically (if mandated by Client)

DATABASE CHECKS
WRS has subscribed to various databases aggregating regulatory and compliance information from around the world and uses proprietary subscription databases, government records and information available only in public domain. These databases cover both government lists of debarred parties as well as companies and individuals censured by their financial regulatory authority. The areas checked out are legal issues and legislative requirements. India-specific database checks include Credit and reputational risk database check and Global database checks include Serious and organized crimes, Regulatory authorities and Compliance authorities.

CRIMINAL RECORD SEARCH

Criminal Record Checks in India can be undertaken either through the local police authorities or through court record searches. Criminal records with all the Police Stations under the jurisdiction of which the subject has ever resided will be verified to confirm the Criminal Background of the subject, if any. This

tedious exercise will be conducted by personally visiting all the Police Stations and getting information off them Criminal checks through court record search method: Barring a few jurisdictions which do not provide this information to private organizations, WRS can confirm existence/nonexistence of a candidates criminal history by searching criminal and civil court records.

PAN Card Verification Using just the photocopy of the front-face of a PAN Card or just the PAN Card holders Full Name/PAN Number, WRS can obtain online verification from the PAN Card issuing authority about the authenticity of the card and hence confirm the PAN Card holders identity. Date of Birth Verification a) Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority or district office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths, b) Date of Birth Certificate (School) issued by the school last attended by the Candidate or any other recognized educational institution, c) School/College Leaving Certificate issued by the school/college last attended by the Candidate
