No calendrio da vida h dias que no so lembrados, mas h momentos inesquecveis (Vincius de Moraes). Resumo
Este estudo sobre o relato de caso foi realizado amparado no conceito do ponto aberto, que segundo a Medicina Tradicional Chinesa, ocorre no momento do nascimento, uma fragilidade natural e ocorre com todos ns. Para estabelecermos o ponto aberto, temos que fazer um estudo dos seguintes dados: horrio, dia, ms e ano do nascimento. Obteremos desta forma um ponto aberto, que atravs desta combinao nos fala sobre a fragilidade orgnica do indivduo. Nesta formao dos meridianos e pontos de acupuntura no horrio do nascimento, somente um ponto no fecha completamente nesta malha de defesa, que passa a ser conhecido, como diz a teoria de ponto aberto. Passado alguns anos o nosso paciente nos revela que sofreu muito em uma cirurgia e aps uma investigao clnica confirma-se que o local da cirurgia foi no ponto aberto, caracterizando dessa forma um duplo traumatismo. A teoria da Medicina Tradicional Chinesa propiciou a realizao deste relato de caso, tido como raridade. Considerando como importante relatar o meridiano lesionado, a funo comprometida est relacionada com a funo baopncreas, como tambm a descrio do ponto aberto, bem como a seqncia de tabelas para que possamos encontr-lo e acompanhar as seqelas deixadas e relatadas pelo paciente. O cirurgio que realizou a interveno cirrgica, contribuiu gentilmente com um material com fotos ilustrativas que mostram os parafusos e as etapas do procedimento e tambm nos mostra a publicao deste trabalho.

ABSTRACT
This study on the case story it was carried through supported in the concept of the opened point, that according to Chinese Traditional Medicine, occurs at the moment of the birth, is a natural fragility and occurs with all we. To establish the opened point, we have that to make a study of the following data: schedule, day, month and year of the birth. We will get of this form an opened point, that through this combination in says them on the organic fragility of the individual. In this formation of the meridians and points of acupuntura in the schedule of the birth, a point does not only close completely in this mesh of defense, that passes to be known, as it says the theory of open point. Passed some years our patient in it discloses them that it suffered very in a surgery and after a clinical inquiry is confirmed that the place of the surgery was in the opened point, characterizing of this form a double trauma. The theory of the Chinese Traditional Medicine propitiated the accomplishment of this story of case, had as rarity. Considering as important to tell the lesionado meridian, the function that met engaged that it is related with the function bao-pncreas, as also the description of the opened point, as well as the table sequence so that we can find it and follow the sequels left and told for the patient. The surgeon who carried through the surgical intervention, contributed gentily with a material with illustrative photos that also show to the screws and the stages of the procedure and in the sample the publication of this work.
