If you are serious about being an entrep reneur, you need to get serious about your mindset.

By this I mean that it is re ally important to align your thoughts beliefs and actions to be focussed on that particular goal. In fact, if you asked anyone who is really successful at anyth ing including sports, business, performing or anything that requires serious con centration and focus, and almost without exception these people would tell you t hat the most important ingredient anyone has to have is the right mindset; in ot her words, you literally have to be programmed to succeed. Sounds great, doesn't it? Problem is that finding ways to manage that re -programming is something that is beyond the common understanding of most people . However, the truth is that there are many easy and accessible methods yo u can use to develop your mindset and turn yourself into a real entrepreneur, on e that constantly achieves business success, while people around them fail at th eir chosen business. Things such as NLP, hypnosis, belief entrainment, therapy and affirmatio ns are all great but for today, I want to focus on three of the easiest methods, brainwave entrainment, the Sedona method and visualisation. Brainwave Entrainment Brainwave Entrainment is a relative newcomer to the mind development wor ld. It is new because it is based on recent innovations in sound technology that , when used allows us to alter the brain wave state we are currently in. The hum an brain has tendency to change it's frequency to be in harmony with frequencies around it, which is the reason we feel so relaxed when we are out in nature. BW E technology harnesses this natural tendency by using aural and/or visual stimul us to induce the mind into the desired state. You may have heard of the various different brain states (alpha, beta, d elta, theta and gamma) and know that they are responsible for different states. For example when you are at work or performing any of your daily tasks that requ ire conscious effort, you brain state will be in beta. As you are relaxing or fa lling asleep, it changes to alpha. Generally we don't need any help reaching a beta state or a sleeping sta te (unless you are one of those people that suffers from insomnia). The alpha an d theta states are the ones which are of most interest to people seeking to chan ge their life patterns are these are the states we are in when we are most open to suggestion. Although people who are looking for something to put them in a st ate of peak performance look to increasing their gamma output. Most BWE focuses on putting you into an alpha state so that your conscio us mind is sleeping and you are more open to suggestion. They are super-easy to use and just require headphones. The Sedona Method One of the simplest and quickest ways to let go of a negative thought is the Sedona Method. You may not know this but your mind has a natural ability to release negative emotions and the Sedona method works by tapping into this. It works on the assumption that before you can introduce more positive beliefs into your sub-conscious, you must first release the negative ones for good. This is important as many people try to introduce new beliefs to their minds but the old ones are still there. In other words, you cannot introduce a positive belief an

d expect it to replace the negative one, you must actually get rid of it. And you can do this by posing these four simple questions to your sub-co nscious: 1. What is that feeling or belief? - By asking yourself this, you actual ly identify the belief that is causing the problem, thereby making it easier to release it. 2. Can I let this feeling go? Your sub-conscious knows the answer to thi s. It's 'yes' but by asking this question to yourself, you are giving you mimd a chance to affirm this. 3. Am I willing to let it go? Again, the answer to this is 'yes', but yo ur mind benefits from the affirmation. 4. When can I let it go? You can let a negative belief go as soon as you are ready. Often the time to let it go is right there and then. If you repeat these questions as a process, you will feel lighter and yo u will know that the negative feeling or belief has been released. It's actually crazily simple. Visualisation Everyone unconsciously visualises on a daily basis, from the most ordina ry person to the most super-successful person. But the difference between ordina ry folk and world-class sports stars, Top 500 company owners and other rich, fam ous and successful people is that they are in the habit of creating pictures in their minds of their success before they achieve it for real. Visualisation make s them feel like they have already achieved their goal. Visualisation works because your sub-conscious mind does not know the di fference between real and imaginary events so can accept virtually any mental im age you create as reality. And the more real the image is, the more your sub-con scious mind be convinced of its reality and will seek out those things that matc h the images it holds. So, if you want a successful internet business, you have to convince you r mind that you already have it. But give this visualisation some detail. For ex ample, imagine how many visitors it gets a week, how long its mailing list is, w hich products are the big sellers etc. Also have an explanation ready in your mi nd for how you reached the level of success you have reached. How did you reach your first $1000, $50,000, $500,000? But your mind must be very still for successful visualisation to take pl ace. For example, try visualising when you are in a drowsy, sleepy state, just b efore bed or when you first wake up in the morning or by thinking of qualities l ike bliss, infinite intelligence, boundless power, wisdom and harmony. There are also products available which help you to strengthen you visua lisation powers by using software which allows you to create your own movie with visual and subliminal auditory stimulus to guarantee maximum results. So I have presented to you some very useful methods and I would say with out a doubt, that some of the most successful people in our industry are using a t least some of them.
