Invites Applications for Registration for the following Courses under Correspondence, External & Open University Schemes for the Academic Year 2010-11.
1. Correspondence Courses Duration Eligibility

B.A. (Kannada/English Medium) B.Com (English Medium only) BBM (English Medium only) M.A. : (Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, Urdu)

Pass in Pre-University Examination of Karnataka or any equivalent examination thereto (10+2 pattern) B.A/B.Sc./B.Com degree of any recognized University or equivalent degree thereto with 55% of marks in the language concerned under Part 1 or 50% of marks in the concerned optional or who have passed examination as noted below shall be eligible for registration to Masters degree course along with the above degree. a) Pass in Kannada Rathna or Pandit Examination for M.A. in Kannada b) Pass in Rastrabhasha Visharada Examination of Dakshinabharat Hindi Prachara Sabha or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto for MA. In Hindi. Any Degree of recognized University with Hindi as subject at the degree level or any degree with pass in Rastra Basha Visharada or any other Equivalent examination recognized therto. B.A. degree of any recognized University or equivalent degree thereto with 40% of marks in the aggregate of the optional subjects and at least 50% of marks in the concerned optional or major subjects of the course. Bachelor Degree of any recognized University or equivalent degree thereto with Philosophy, Logic, Ethics, Religion, Theology, Aesthetics, Yoga or Sanskrit as one of the Optional Subjects and at least 50% of marks in the concerned optional subject or those with a degree in Arts or Science minimum 50% of marks aggregate of optional are also eligible. B.Com Degree examination of any recognized University or equivalent degree thereto securing not less that 50% of marks in the aggregate in Commerce subjects in all the examinations of the B.Com degree course. B.Sc. Degree of any recognized University or equivalent degree thereto securing not less that 40% of marks in the aggregate in Optional subjects and 50% of marks in the Mathematics. (Candidates who have passed Mathematics as Minor or Subsidiary subjects are not eligible). B.A./B.Sc./B.Com degree of any recognized University or equivalent degree thereto with 55% of marks in language concerned under Part 1 or those who have passed B.A./B.Sc./B.Com degree examination and who have passed Sahitya examination shall be eligible for registration to Master Degree in Sanskrit. Such requests shall reach the sender-University, well before the due date i.e., . Students seeking admission to higher classes will be admitted after verification of documents in the passage of the Directorate.
