What is our purpose in life?

Aboru Aboye, indeed those are weaved lives we weave. Knowing beforehand these are the basic reasons too much of my complications in life, at least the parts which do relate to me and my life, I would like to say: If is a way of life, not only a religion nor a simple philosophical current, but an elaborate mean in which life can be interpreted and felt, to a vaster and unimaginable extent. It is also a fact that even though we do accord to many things before we arrive here to earth, we also forget them and in our physical and one-dimensional "reality" we make it even more complicated to remember, and if on top of that you are born in a environment where we feel as outsiders ever since we are born but are taught a different way of thinking, living and understanding, then it's almost impossible to be able to abide Oldmar's wishes. Yet, there is always something inside us, deep inside us which guides us and pushes most of us to follow the right path, even though it seems to be a contradiction or the worst path we might follow. But then again, we must always pay deep and close attention to what our inner and higher self dictates us. How can we have impeccable character when there are exterior factors which may force you into a situation where you are aware that the decisions you take will inevitable hurt others? and not just others but your parents, for example, or your children. When there might be a way to avoid this or try to fix what's wrong with time basically. Human beings, especially those who suffer of a bad character or personal trait need to experience the consequences of their actions in real life in order to understand the greater meaning of life. Destiny cannot be changed and the will of a human being will not change it. As you clearly state we come to this world not remembering what we should know and sometimes it takes great obstacles and falls in order to be able to start opening our eyes again, to start listening and to appreciate life itself and the miracle of creation. To revalue the greatness of one's mission in life and the value you have in fulfilling your own mission and that in a bigger sense. Patience, I believe is one of the greater qualities a human being can have, but it is also very fragile and difficult to attain. Our faith may find itself sometimes weaken because of our lack of patience which comes along with our lack of understanding. By experience we learn. And those lessons are rarely forgotten. If says we must be honest and we must have impeccable character. But then again, he might also say we must follow a path which may represent to be dishonest with ones true sense of goodness and giving one's self blindly to the good of everyone around you. How can we weigh this? When we come to a cross road like such shouldn't we listen to the higher sense of our existence and follow the goodness in our selves, hoping blindly that eventually, no matter how bizarre this ride might seem everything will make sense and the pieces of the puzzle will finally fall in their place. If does not abide divorce or separation, but then again what if If has not allowed those two people to be really together since the time has not been right. What if If has taken the

situation in his hands and forced things to flow as they should. Do If messages have a time limit? Or don't we have to consider If as advice which has to be considered throughout our lives. There is also the time factor, since we may not be completely prepared to face such situations, since we might lack the weapons (emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual) to succeed. In many cases, there is no one who can teach us the meaning of life, in a sense where we could understand or integrate situations such as polygamy in our lives, for example. The worth this might bring to a certain situation. How is it possible then, in a case where If advises to live in a polygamist home that such individual might be able or ready to understand the unprejudiced benefits of the outcome? Then in such cases people do not tend to simply dismiss what they are advised, for they are not capable of conceiving such a reality as viable because of false moral or ethics. If has a depth most people cannot grasp; a depth which conveys time and space. If says we must honour our parents, but it also says we must follow a different path which will make them feel we have failed them and are being completely disloyal to them and the education which we have been giving to our upbringing. What then? If says one must follow the religion of our forefathers, or else disgrace will fall upon that individual, then why is it that If asks individuals like myself to follow blindly If and our beloved religion (which I try to do within my limited capabilities and understanding of life and a greater existence) when all my ancestors and family members are Catholics and believe I am crazy for believing in If? Aren't all the obstacles, problems and troubles, finally "test" we need to pass in order to acquire more knowledge, qualities or move towards Iwa, in order to be able to really fulfil our destiny? Can a soldier fight when unarmed? And I'm not making reference to the soldier who fights in a human created war, but a soldier as a person or being who needs to have strength, courage, wisdom and other qualities to be able to fulfil his mission. Can a student learn without a lesson? Can someone die without having been able to be born? If has a greater sense to life and existing, If needs to be explained in a deeper meaning; those who need to listen will, those who need to understand eventually will. There is much that hangs around us constantly which feels right, but there is something that causes expectancy and us to procrastinate, as if we were waiting for something even though we do not know what or who, until signs and help arises, unexpectedly and unannounced, such as this post and/or the presences of certain people in our lives. For your guidance, wisdom, patience and help I thank you, a dupe.
