Colleges Specialties Debating Society The Debating Society of each College is an integral part of the College co-curricular activities. They help the students polish their intellect and communicative skills, build confidence in public speaking and develop logical though processes. Sports Center The College 'Sports Center' is ideally located in the lively area of Model Town. It provides facilities for sports like Badminton, Volleyball, Lawn Tennis as well as Riding and Multi-gym. Quiz Programs At the Intermediate level, all the sections are required to participate in Quiz Competitions. Such healthy activities not only sharpen the intellect but also inculcate a sense of confidence in the students. Sports Gala Educational institutions not only impart education to students but also mould their personalities as a whole. Annually Punjab Colleges hold sports events which provide athletes opportunities to showcase their abilities. PCC sportsmen have bagged numerous titles and awards in Board and University competitions bringing prestige to the institution. Punjab College Dramatic Club (PCDC) The Punjab College Dramatic Club plays a pivotal role in the promotion of extra-curricular pursuits. PCDC provides entertainment by performing genres ranging from classical plays to modern comedies. Through drama, students gain confidence on stage and expose their peers to new worlds of ideas. Facilities College Bookshops All campuses of Punjab Colleges have Bookshops which stock books recommended by course-tutors. Stationery items are also available at competitive rates. Keeping in view the ever-increasing demand for notes, photocopy services are also available within every campus to save precious time for both teachers and students. College Cafe The College Caf at every campus provides a refreshing respite from the daily routine. Cafes provide a wide range of eatables and drinks at reasonable rates. College Identity Card In order to impress upon the students the importance of discipline and to cultivate a sense of affinity, each student is issued a separate identity card and it is compulsory for a student to display it on his shirt at the chest during the college hours. Ladies Lounge Separate, beautifully furnished, Ladies Lounges are available for girls so that they can sit and relax during breaks. Air-conditioned Classrooms All classrooms are air-conditioned to provide a comfortable and pleasant learning environment, enabling students to concentrate on their studies. Effective Audio-Visual Aids All classrooms have Audio-Visual aids. This promotes effective communication to expedite the class work for the teacher and the student.

Interview Q: What is the basic aim (target) of your institute? Ans: The basic aim (target) of our institute is to provide best and highly effective education which help them to face different challenges in future.

Q:What are the basic skills you require among your employees? Ans:They have ability to deliver their knowledge in a best way and adopt the new ways of learning which are applied on students .

Q:If there is happening of injury to your students or employees what facilities you have to overcome the situation like this? Ans : We have the facilities of doctor and dispensary to rescue the situation like it.

Q:To promote intellectuality in your students and teachers what steps you should taken? Ans:We create an environment of problem solving activities and debate among student to student and teacher to student and also in a group.

Q:How you coordinate and synchronize the performance of different disciplines? Ans:We have highly skills head of departments which coordinate and synchronize the performance of different disciplines by using statistical approaches.

Q:How you use your intellectual ability effectively?

Ans:BY Carefully judge the situation we take risks also put right decision at right time. Q:How you see the future of your institute? Ans:I see our future is bright, our boundaries are increasingly expands and completely developed.

Q:What step you have taken to promote education level in your students? Ans:Time to time we hired experts ,give them the fully equipped IT lab so that their level of education should be promoted.

Q:What type of facilities you give to your students and employees? Ans:We give facilities to our students and employees such as pick and drop, cantine and sports promotions.

Q:How you use technology in your institute? Ans:We give the facility of projector in every classroom , fully laptop equipped ITlab and securities cameras.

Q:Are you promote the ideas of your employees and students in decision making? Ans: Yes

Q:How you ensure the tenure stability in your organization? Ans:We make agreements and contracts on statutory basis for a particular tenure and have replacements in the miss happening situations.

Q:How you coordinate issues between students and management? Ans:We created flexible and promoting and encouraging environment.

Q:What type of challenge you face in recent days? Ans:During last month a new private college was started which we feel a challenge to us.

Q:What type of reward you give your employees? Ans:We give acceptable pay incentives, promotions, transport and medical facilities to our employees.

Q:Are you sure that you can face and handle the problems you faced? Ans:Yes but sometimes I take help by consultation to authorities.

After doing interview I feel that Mr. Majeed Akbar is doing his job at highly experienced level and his vision to facilitate his employees and student is highly appreciable ,also his competitive strategy and challenge handling is effective.
