Question 2
[15 marks] Team response: product Your answer to this question should take the form of a formal progress report for this milestone. This report may be seen by the client at a later stage. You should therefore adopt the appropriate level of formality and avoid jargon or over-technical terminology. It requires the team not only to provide an agreed list, but also to provide a reasoned explanation for the inclusion and ordering of the items in that list and therefore for the exclusion of other requirements. (a) What stakeholders have been identified? [5] (b) List the top five priority requirements (in descending order) that you have identified for this client. Give reasons for this choice and for the order of the list. [10] The answer to this question should be no more than 200 words in total. It should be a copy of a shared document that has been agreed by the team as a result of the activities undertaken in this first phase of the course. This question is intended to assess the work resulting from the activities that you undertook as a team to produce an agreed list of the most important stakeholder requirements for the proposed system. Indirectly, the question also assesses the team s ability to individually gather and analyze information in relation to a specified problem; present the findings to other members of a team; determine collectively the most important aspects of the problem; and collaborate on reaching and presenting a common solution to a problem using electronic conferencing as a medium.

Answer:

Introduction
2

Different stakeholders have different value propositions and at the same time to assess the confidence of using role-players for missing stakeholders. The results indicate that attributes such as correctness, availability, budget and schedule are generally high priorities for acquirers/clients; As administrators, functional capabilities, such as administration support, notification, and information storage/query/update are generally high priorities. Maintainers have reasonably high priorities on development tools and transition attributes. Due to similar stakeholder profiles across projects and the multidimensional nature of stakeholder value propositions, there are some similarities among stakeholders priorities. The Results also show that with mutual-learning activities and experiences, there are generally high consistencies between client representatives

Our Project
After consultation our team members we have selected the stakeholders.

After we have studied the scenario "and what is required exactly" we've found some tasks needed to be identified for designing the
3

system. We anaylize to find and recognize the needs, followed by the action to satisfy it. And we perceived the risk as we know our decision will gain or loss the stakeholder This system contains number of different stakeholders -individuals or organizations- that's directly involved with a particular assignments that can also be affected positively or negatively by decisions or impacts, so it is important that the team set up different activities to involve the stakeholders and identifying the key risks, opportunities and issues which can be as simple as adapting meeting styles and communications methods . By the operation of the system, we've classified the stakeholders as below: All Cinemas manager: the director who possess the project and checks what is needed for the website from all respects, he has the principle responsibility for a website, and sets policy and it's belong to him . Customers (buyers): a broad label for any individuals customer (Adults, Teenage, Kids). Various factors and characteristics which influence buyers perceptions judgment, choice or decision s Financiers & Buyers Team: Who set the budget, Who has to deal with payment / credit card payment, Who have the responsibility for procurement operation. They also check quantities, costs, tax, shipping and coupon discounts. Buyers who decided which film has to be purchased and how much to invest. Marketing / Promotions Team: The persons who emphasis on mass media advertising, Sales Promotions. And the best way to reach customers. System Administrators: the persons who control the operation of a website, they have the responsibility to specify, verify, and manage the needs of the website, and cover them in all respects .
B) Requirement

We've identified some requirements for All Cinemas stakeholder as following: All Cinemas wants to create a website Allowing clients to book online. Encourage clients to come back to the cinema.(Marketing)

Communicate with clients on a regular basis (announcements for offers, events, discount coupons, trailers, interviews with actors ). Encourage payments via credit cards.

Question 3
[15 marks] Team response: process

For the company presented in the scenario, the management is interested in how this team is working, and wish for a reflective report. This will not be shown to the client and consequently may be less formal. It should include identification of good and less good practice so far, and make suggestions for how the team will improve their performance for the next milestone. (a) How was the team organized in order to carry out the activities necessary to produce the product deliverables required for this milestone? [5] (b) What organizational problems were encountered, and how were they resolved? [10] The answer to this question should be no more than 200 words in total. The question is intended to give the team the opportunity to reflect and report on the way in which it carried out the various activities within the timescale set out for the project. You should consider the effectiveness of the way in which the team was organized, and the way in which members communicated and collaborated with each other in undertaking the activities and producing the required product deliverables in time. The question assesses the team's ability to compile and present a structured and coherent report on the way in which the team operated whilst undertaking the activities required by this milestone. 7

Answer
Team response: process (a) How was the team organized in order to carry out the activities necessary to produce the product deliverables required for the first milestone?

Being member of a team is a fantastic chance to expand and grow personally and professionally skills. We've organized our work as a team perfectly by building a good relationship between us. This including managing the time, task, and communication. We found that it's not easy to arrange our time to meet each other frequently by instant messaging such as messenger or chat because some of us have other commitments and we were not do our tasks at the same time. But we've agreed to communicate with each other by e-mail and sms messages to keep us together to know what is going on between us. In addition, we've arranged our solution of activities as following:

1. Firstly, we've worked on the activity each one individually. 2. After each one has finished, she sent her work to all members. 3. Then we read each one activity solutions. 4. Give advice or consultation to each other if needed. 5. Then we've agreed about our system design that is collective ideas and points from all members. Of course, we've produced the required for the first milestone by e-mail. We start a discussion as thread e-mail and then following our work step by step. [b] What organizational problems were encountered, and how were they resolved?

Some Difficulties :

These are some of these problems: Some members were delay Different ideas and thoughts Lack of face-to-face meeting Lack of participation by all members. Poor communication between the members of the team. Time constraints

We have faced many drawbacks and difficulties but we were able to overcome these difficulties. These difficulties and how we resolved them as following:

1-Different ideas and thoughts: But

we were able to overcome our differences by coming up with a suitable answer which was agreed by all of our team members.

Due to their personal circumstances, some of our team was delay in delivering the answering of activities. We were able to overcome delay by giving them extra day to follow us and we stop until they finish and submit their work.
2-Some girls were delay:

to our busy time, we have other courses and TMAs and some girls are working daily. But we were able to overcome by working at distance (distributed team work) and communicating electronically.
3. Lack of face-to-face meeting: Due

to our goals that we want to deliver our TMA before the cut off date we feel some stress because we were thinking to complete our TMA perfectly to get full mark. But we were able to overcome this point by reading each question carefully and answering each part step by step and then recheck our answer. In addition, we've took some adequate break periods to refresh and reduce the stress and pressure.
4. Stress: Due

Sometimes one or more team members do not seem to get involved in discussions. They may be very quiet and just read our discussion. When this happens the functioning team members seem to do more work and eventually may resent the members who are not participating. The following strategies may help in this situation:
5-Lack of participation by some members :

Talk individually with the non-participating member to identify if there is a reason for the lack of involvement and participating. Allow each team member to have a 'turn'. Take on the role of 'encourager' or 'trust builder'.
6-Poor communication between the member of the team:

Effective communication skills for teams include many aspects. In general if there seems to be poor communication: Identify the specific issues which seem to be affecting the poor communication. consider which task or process roles may address the issue. In the In Milestone 0 we dont have an enough time to doing it, but in this Milestone we have divide the time to solve and submitted it before its selected time.
7-Time constraints:

Question 5
[20 marks] Team response: design Your answer to this question is the final progress report for this milestone. It should be directed to the company and not to the client; although the client will see it and it should therefore be understandable by the client. In particular, it requires the team to report on the results of your consideration of the content and presentation of a website interface for the system that you proposed. You should include brief reasons for your choices of content and design. The report should answer the following question: (a) Identify up to five aspects of good practice that should be followed when considering accessibility issues for a website interface. Give only a sentence or two for each. [5] (b) What are the implications of the Data Protection Act for your proposed system? [5] (c) What are your team s proposals for the home page of the website for your proposed system and for the 4 pages directly accessible from the home page? [10] The answer to this question should be no more than 300 words in total, in addition to any tables, diagrams or screenshots illustrating your answer. The question also assesses your ability, as a team, to collectively determine the most important aspects of a problem; share out the task of investigating the problem; compare and combine the results of individual investigations with similar analyses carried out by other members of a team and present your results to other members of a team; investigate some of the implications of the proposed solution and report on your findings; collaborate, using electronic conferencing as a medium, on reaching and presenting a common solution to the problem

Answer
Question 5 :Team response: design
a) Website accessibility refers to the inclusive practice of making websites usable by customers. When sites are correctly designed, developed and edited, all customers can have equal access to information and functionality . While designing the subsystems, we've adhered to the following design principles : y Visual: Visual impairments including blindness, various common types of low vision and poor eyesight, various types of color blindness; y Motor/Mobility: e.g. difficulty or inability to use the hands, including tremors, muscle slowness, loss of fine muscle control, etc., due to conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, stroke; y Auditory: Deafness or hearing impairments, including individuals who are hard of hearing; y Seizures: Photo epileptic seizures caused by visual strobe or flashing effects. y Cognitive/Intellectual: Developmental disabilities, learning disabilities (dyslexia, dyscalculia, etc.), and cognitive disabilities of various origins, affecting memory, attention, developmental "maturity," problem-solving and logic skills, etc. b) Data protection is very important to computer users and consumers in this world of the
13

internet. For many companies today it is important that they understand the implications of the Data Protection Act will have on their business. Certainly many businesses need to known exactly what this Act is and how it relates to their business and what they need to do to ensure that they remain in line with the rules and regulations set out in it. This subsystem will meet by stakeholder which is support team especially technicians and researchers. In our proposed system, we've added some implications to protect data and make it secure as following:
y

Website : Providing online security and security business transactions to take place safely. In this way, we can gain the confidence of the customer and user by providing confidentiality, even for the employee who is providing services to the stakeholders. Catalog : Providing save copy right for the company to disallow any one copy the content and name it to him.

One of the biggest implications of the Data Protection Act is that any company who wishes to provide the information they hold on to a third party must third acquire the consent of the person whose information it is they hold. Therefore as soon as they begin to start to collect process or pass this very sensitive information they need to get the consent of the individual in question before they do so. If not then this could end up in them being called to account for their actions. The Data Protection Act also has implications for your paperwork at a day to day level. The notes you make should not be easy to link to a named individual, and must be kept 'securely. c) DESIGN : Web design is a broad term used to encompass the way that content (usually hypertext or hypermedia) is delivered to an end-user through the World Wide Web, using a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari) or other web-enabled software to display the content. The intent of web design is to create a website a collection of online content including documents and applications that reside on a web server/servers. A website may include text, images, sounds and other content, and may be interactive. In our proposed system, we've mentioned that we will use an appropriate environment to handle the presence of the website. We've designed attractive, useful and good manner website. This website consists of a home page and another pages related to it. In the home page, we've kept in our mind some basics to follow as following : *Simple and direct. *Don't using a flash introduction. *Don't putting a lot of graphics and animations that slow the home page downloading. *Don't using "pop-ups" on the website.
