A Task Group consisting of Senior Officers (Cadre controlling authorities and potential participants) and IIMB Faculty A number of Focus Group Discussions Web Based Survey
Contained about 280 items
Methodology
Each officer can access the questionnaire using his/her id (specially created) and password Printing the questionnaire is possible Possible to save partially filled questionnaires Filled questionnaire is to be submitted through the web
Composite Score
The scores from all the 4 segments are aggregated These scores are Normalized Each officer gets a particular score in each of the specializations Preferential order is created for each specialization Based on this order (ranking), they are slotted for a particular specialization
