Emotion is described in dictionary as any specific feeling, any of various complex reactions with both mental and physical manifestations. Literally it means to disturb or stir up

Todays all psychological conflicts have their roots in suppressed emotions.

The word sentiment was being used for emotions since the first book came as the theory of moral sentiments (1759).

Emotional instability and immaturity leads to deranged behavior and disorders of personality in future. 80 to 90% persons live in Emotional guilt today.

The frontal lobes,Amygdala and the Hippocampus change in response to affective experience. They are dramatically influenced by the emotional environment in which we are raised
