PRAYERS FOR THE SICK AND SHUT-IN: Let us raise up in prayer those who seek Gods healing love, those at the hospital, hospice and at home especially Joan Prince. May your struggle be consoled by Christs love.

MEETING OF ALL CANTORS, MUSICIANS, AND RESURRECTION CHOIR MEMBERS There will be a meeting of all cantors, musicians, and Resurrection Choir members this coming Wednesday, January 18th at 7:00 p.m. in the church. The objective of this meeting is to learn new Mass settings for the liturgy. We would like to begin using them at Mass as soon as possible, so your presence for this rehearsal would be deeply appreciated and helpful!

We will all be changed by the victory of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Cor 15:51-58)

The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is celebrated around the world on January 18 25, which are now also the dates recommended by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops. This universal week of prayer encourages Christians of all denominations to meet, to participate in various liturgical and other community activities, and to pray together that all may be one, as Christ desires. The importance of unity among Christians and the responsibility of the people of each parish to work for this unity should be emphasized. All members of the parish should seek to have a deeper understanding of ecumenism.

ON OUR WAY WITH JESUS: Part Two WE SHARE IN THE EUCHARIST will begin the week of January 23rd with a parent/child meeting. Families will be contacted by catechists as to the exact date of the meeting. The commissioning Mass will follow on the weekend of January 28th and 29th.

NEW MINISTRY SCHEDULES: are ready for pick up in the main foyer by those who do not receive electronic copies. WEEKDAY MINISTRIES: We are in need of more weekday Lectors. This is not a huge time commitment. You would be scheduled for a Mass that suits and you would be on only a few times a month. Also, if there is anyone currently in weekday ministry who wishes to change ministries this can be also be accommodated. Please speak to Fr. Proulx or Fr. Holly if you are interested in this or any weekday ministry.
ALTAR LINENS & BONNECHERE MANOR BULLETIN DELIVERY: 2012 schedules for these ministries rewill be available in February. If any of the those presently in these ministries have any issues regarding participation or availability please contact the office. If anyone would like to be added to this ministry you are more than welcome to contact us also.

INCOME TAX RECEIPTS: Income tax receipts for the year 2011 will be ready some time during the next few weeks. To obtain a receipt, simply put a stamped, self-addressed envelope in the collection basket and it will be mailed to you.
