SCOPE OF THE STUDY The study has been undertaken with reference to Paramakudi Taulk. The customers of ----------- company have been selected as the respondents. The sample area considered is only the town populations of Paramakudi. The study will be very useful to the candidates those who are going to take up the study in the related field. Besides, the findings of the study will be very helpful to the policy makers, local authorities, Government etc., METHODOLOGY Research Methodology indicates the systematic way to do the research work by the researcher. It includes various steps, which are,

SAMPLE DESIGN The convenience sampling method is adopted by the researcher as their scientific methods are involved in sampling techniques. SAMPLE UNIT The basic things to be decided sampling unit. In the field study, the customer satisfaction regarding the Nokia Mobile. The study is limited Paramakudi. The sample size is 50 for the study.

QUESTIONNAIRE DESIGN The questionnaire is framed to collect the relevant information for the both Open ended and close ended. For the completion of the study, the researched had collected data from two source;

PRIMARY DATA Primary data are the first hand information. It is very costly and is difficult to collect the data, which are collected by any one, and is original character.

SECONDARY DATA Secondary Data are collected form various publications, it is that dailies. Articles etc., the data collected from various published document. It is secondary in character and is easy to collect that data.

LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY 1. The study has been conducted in Paramakudi town only. 2. The study has been conducted with in the limited span of time. 3. Some of the respondents have frustrated to give information. 4. The sample size is restricted to 60 only.

CHAPTERISATION The study covers 4 chapters. The first chapter entitled The introduction and profile of the study It explain clearly the introduction about the title under study, statement of the problem, various objectives of the study, scope of the study, the methodology adopted, limitation of the study etc., The second chapter entitled Profile of the Nokia company It deals with the company profile, functions, features, etc., under study. The Third chapter is Analysis and interpretation of the data. It analysis the data so collected form 50 respondents and interprets if with the help of tables, charts etc. The Fourth and Final chapter is conclusion and suggestion of the study. It reveals clearly the various remedial measures to be followed by the study unit eradicate the drawbacks, which mainly felt by the respondents.
