For defensive considerations, the Scheme may invest in debt, money market instruments, to the extent permitted under the Regulations. The AMC will have the discretion to completely or partially invest in any of the type of securities stated above so as to maximize the returns. The Fund Manager will always select stocks for investment from among Top 200 stocks in terms of market capitalization on NSE. If the total assets under management under in this scheme go above Rs.1000 Cr., the fund manager reserves the right to increase the number of companies to more than 20.
