When ripe, the berries are hand picked.

The beans are removed from the berry and then dried in the sun.

The beans are roasted, packed and then sold.

The beans are ground in a grinder.

The coffee is then prepared for you to enjoy.

Since the invention of bread, people started making sandwiches all over the world. In coffee producing countries, like Brazil and Costa Rica, farm workers made sandwiches with all sorts of fillings which they took with them deep into the coffee plantations. After a hard morning's berry picking there was nothing better than to tuck into a freshly made sandwich!
