Sitting in on counseling, attending sup ervisor's meeting, and offering suggestions. Entering new hires into Peoplesoft and Workbrain. Informin g employees about FMLA, providing them with proper paperwork, tracking employees o ut on FMLA. In addition, take care of any other employee(s) issues pertaining to complaints, payroll discr epancy, etc. * Additional duties but not limited to: Draft EEO reports, investigate and resol ve employee complaints, investigate and draft grievance replies.
