But for some business reasons, timing, location & capital issues etc. I had to close the store after two years of operation. er, kept getting promoted from small store to a large volume store manager. Thus from 2000 to 2007 I have already ran or managed 5 different Radio Shack Stor es in Los Angeles area and got promoted as a Senior Store Manager. In this time period of my store management I have recruited, hired, trained, mo tivated and managed more than 60 employees in my that position. Also in this time of my running 5 Stores in Los Angeles, I have worked and was i n charge of Sales, Customer Service ,Store Merchandising, Inventory Management, Ordering, Pay roll, Work scheduling , Delegating, Profit & Loss analyzing , Loss prevention, Planning, Hiring, Recruiting, Training the employees , Evaluating e mployee performances, employee counseling and overall all store management funct ions. Excellence in Sales :Sales Associates to Assistant Manager Radio Shack Corp. 1996 to 2000 Joined at Radio Shack in 1996 as a Sales Associates . It was a complete sales performance job. With in few months I had ranked # 1 in Sales among 200 Sales As sociates in the entire district. Won several awards & trophy for the sale perfor mances including got honor to be a member of 4,00,000 Sales club ( average only 2/3 sales person won this club award out of around 200 Sales Associates in each district ).Then got promoted to as an Assistant Manager and worked in this pos ition till 2000 before became a full Store Manager.
