This included the research and development of Department of State or Department of Commerce license applications and TAAs, the review of every intern ational business contract or proposal for compliance with the ITAR or EAR, the r eview of every import and export to ensure proper use of licenses, exemptions or exceptions and the training of Marketing and Program Management personnel in IT AR requirements. I set up a tracking system in order to provide status for all licenses and agreements, maintained a current status on all license application s, and researched certifications regarding payment of commissions. Manager of Technical Publications and Data Management (1995 to March 1998) I managed ten people who provided for the preparation and delivery of all data r equirements for programs for both domestic and international customers.
