(2007 - Present) ATK Energetic Systems, Albury Australia Sr. Manager of Contracts, Supply Chain & Export Compliance Responsible for the Contracts, Supply Chain and Export Compliance issues for a N ew Construction Project (Greenfield site used for the production of propellant & ammunition) referred to as the Mulwala Re-development Plan for the Australian D epartment of Defense - I currently develop standard and non-standard contracts, NDA's, DSP-5 & TAA's, teaming agreements, and agreements for specialized profess ional, construction and other services. I am responsible for reviewing the scope of work and specifications with Project Managers to ensure clarity of work and contracting requirements are satisfied. This also includes performing the following activities; the drafting of contract documents for subsequent legal review; reviewing the technical sections of con tracts to ensure provisions are clear and consistent with specifications; taking the lead in negotiating contract provisions; drafting the contract amendments t o protect the ATK's interests; drafting the contract correspondence at the reque st of the project manager; and preparing the documentation on a wide variety of contract change order/variation amendments and management issues. ATK Space Systems, San Diego CA Sr. Manager of Contracts, Supply Chain & Export Compliance I currently manage the San Diego site contracts department with a staff of three (3) Contracts Specialists. My department is responsible for "Cradle to Grave" c ontracts administration which includes initiating and approving all NDA's, Teami ng Agreements, ATK RFP process reviews and submittals, and compliance with ATK P urchase Order acceptance criteria/procedures. The ATK San Diego product line inc ludes; Bus Structures, Reflectors, and Solar Array panels for satellites. Radome s, Antenna Systems, exhaust nozzles, and high tempature ceramic matrix composite components for aerospace applications, .We currently use the Deltek/Cost-point system for processing orders. The department is well versed in risk mitigation p rocesses and techniques and also very knowledgable in the FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, an d UCC. Total annual revenues exceed $80M. Product lines include; pressure valves, fire detection systems, hydraulic pumps, fuel pumps, scavenge pumps, high pressure cooling fan s, environmental control systems, and breathing air compressors. Responsible for initiating and executing strategic marketing plans, sales action plans, custome r account management ,cost estimating, pricing and technical reviews, proposal preparation, contract review, submission of proposals, risk assessment, contract award, and product delivery through final closeout. Manufacturer of Precision machined aluminium, titanium, and custom injection molded plastic comp onents. We specifically targeted the OEM medical devices, electronics, aerospace , and avionics markets.
