Subcontractor Insurance, pay applications to Owner, sending out invitations to bid to perspec tive subcontractors, copy all faxes, Subcontractor Business Licenses, proposals, budget & cost reports for consultants and vendor, maintained Subcontractor & Pr oject Directories, maintained legal documentation to Unions, processed incoming mail/distribution, make travel arrangements, heavy use in mail merge documents a nd dictation. Tracked lien information and handled monthly waiver for subcontrac tors billingas. When needed I request inspections for the Superintendents. Organ ized and maintained all files and product data. Sent out delinquent 24 hour Noti ces to subcontractors, scheduling spreadsheets for project schedule, (2 weeks, 5 weeks, etc), set up meetings when requested, and putting out the daily fires th at arise throughout the day and all other related miscellaneous requests that I receive from the staff.

Jobsite: Marriott Suites Hotel, Garden Grove, CA Duties included: Supporting the Project Manager, Engineer, Superintendents and L aborers with administrative reports, Safety Notifications, etc. Kept Superintend entas, Project Manager and Engineeras files up-to-date. Accounts Receivable & Pa yable, all correspondence for PM, Superintendent, Architect, subcontractors, ven dors, etc. Pulled permits, ordered concrete and other necessary labor and/or mat erials for jobsite. Worked with attorneyas regarding the negotiating of the leas e and/or buying of the land and re-zoning for project usage. Preliminary Notices , all correspondence, kept track of all submittals for Engineer, petty cash mana gement; coordinated all Contracts to Subcontractors, Owner Change Orders, Subcon tractor Change Orders (Amendments), back chargeas, as well as processing vendor Invoices with the correct cost codes. Maintained Logs, every week for subcontrac tor insurance certificates for the project, City Business Licenses, Subcontracto ras Licenses, Bonding Certificates, and fully executed Subcontractor Contracts. Completed Punch List on a daily basis towards the end of the project in Expediti on, collected Warranties and As-builts and all other close-out documentation fro m Subcontractoras to make 6 complete sets for Owner, Lender, Architect and the M arriott Company.
