EXPERIENCE 9/13 2006-Present Defense Contractor, Systems Planning & Analysis Currently support the Navy PEO IWS 2.0 Program Office for the Air and Missile Defense Radar Test and Evaluation Lead. Responsibilities include chairing the T est and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT) to develop program tes t schedule, conduct cost analysis, review engineering documentation and programm atic impacts from adjacent WIPTs. Also assist in the development of the Test an d Evaluation Strategy (TES). Supported a nine month joint developmental test an d evaluation exercise with the United States and United Kingdom Advanced Radar T est Integrated System Testbed (ARTIST). Previously supported Navy PEO IWS 1.0 Program Manager for SIAP (Single Integra ted Air Picture) by developing the Navy SIAP Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to provide resource management, cost analysis, and program milestones in an integr ated management tool to senior leadership while also communicating program work plans and adhering to changing requirements. My IMS was adopted as model for oth er services to incorporate, which included all major milestones, critical path, cost and schedule parameters as well as risk mitigation efforts for the entire p rogram. Also served as a liaison between Navy Program Executive Offices and IT software contractor to develop a software management tool for Navy senior leader ship tailoring software tools and applications to meet high level customer speci fications. Software tool provided senior leadership with instant access require ment analysis, traceability as well as providing quick status reporting for cost analysis, engineering documentation, schedule manipulation and risk mitigation efforts. Also participated in annual POM development for the program life-cycle

As the Integrated Product Team (IPT ) Lead, responsibilities consisted of maintaining configuration and control ove r contract deliverables to include all weapon systems, site locations, and milit ary operations for all command centers while reviewing all deliverable before de livering to government customer. Acted as Configuration Control Board Secretari at for all program engineering documentation. Assisted the Chief Engineer in de veloping the configuration control program as well as the document review proces s. Improved contract operations efficiency with prime contractor and government customer by incorporating shorter review cycles and more deliverables for a mor e transparent review process.
