* Created a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) IT Playbook for large Midwest healthcar e provider to implement a repeatable integration approach for hospital and physi cian group acquisitions. * Led a cost savings initiative to identify opportunities within the IT vendor c ontract terms and accounts payable for a large Midwest healthcare provider resul ting in $800K in annual savings. By reviewing twelve enterprise application mai ntenance contracts across five ministries, I created specific action plans to st op payment on shelved software as well as worked with the corporate office to co nsolidate/renegotiate vendor contracts. * Worked with a large Midwest healthcare provider, nationally recognized cardiol ogist, and the digital imaging center of excellent (DICE) team to select and dem onstrate a cardiovascular information system (CVIS) in record time to mitigate l oss of CV services. Led the creation of five year CVIS technology strategy plan and managed the technology selection and demonstration in one-hundred days resu lting in the initial implementation saving $1M annually. * Led program recovery by putting troubled programs/projects back on track.
