Wear at least three pieces of clothing when you do the puja ok? There is subtle reason for that.

The vibrations get into those things, they get picked up, after you finish puja take them out or you can remain with them. As far as possible when you are learning the Sri Chakra puja and doing if for 108 days, as soon as finish the puja try not to mingle with too many people and socialize with too many people. Give it about an hour or so for the thing to be absorbed into your system. What I am saying is, if you have to get up and go to class that's fine, but don't go to a dance party or dinner party or something like that and go crazy. You guys, the main body of the puja I am taking from Guruji's placed on book. This is a fairly extensive puja and it is fairly detailed. He says.. I identification of your body, Sri Chakra and Devi, through the Mantras of the nine enclosure mantras has three seed letters, the first in placed on your body, the second in the Sri Chakra and third in the body of the Devi. Vijra Panjra means, diamond cage. Nyasas means you are aware of a particular region. The idea is, seeing, even though you are awake, you are not aware of every square inch of your body during puja. Or during anything. If I touch Lily here, immediately she knows that something is being touched and the awareness goes to that point. So as you are reciting the Mantra, you place that particular bijaksara there on your body. Now, you must remember that there is a physical consciousness, and then there is a mental consciousness, and then a causal consciousness. The causal consciousness is Devi. She is as big as this universe or bigger than that. She is the universe. The mental consciousness is projected on that Sri Chakra that is in front of you, and the physical consciousness is here. So each of the Avaranas has three seeds syllables: Aim Klim Souh.. Right? Or; Ka A E La Hrim Ha Sa Ka Ha La Hrim Sa Ka La Hrim. See I have a murthi in front of me and I have a Sri Chakra. If you don't have a murthi but have Kamakshi's picture in front of you, that's fine. So where you see the number

3 written in means Aim Hrim Srim, OK? You must recite Aim Hrim Srim, don't omit that when you are doing the puja. So you say; Aim Hrim Srim am Namah: (In your feet) Aim Hrim Srim am Namah: (In the square enclosure) Aim Hrim Srim is Namah: (Devi's feet) See, what he is doing here is that he is making you feel the identification of these three things continuously. If you are unsure of your self, at the end of everything you can keep saying Sri Gurubyo Namah: Sri Gurubyo Namah: If you are making mistakes, the mistakes won't come to you, it will go to him. Two advantages there; One is that you gain the pure merit of what your intentions are. B is that you get the protection of the entire guru line. Next one is the 8 petal led lotus in the Sri Chakra; Muladharakshetram. This is in your muladharam, that is the first center of psychic awareness and it is 4 petal led. So you say: Aim Hrim Srim Hrim Namah: muladhare. Now perform Shakti Chalana mudra. What is Shakti Chalana mudra? Constrict the muscles in your anal region when you are reciting this. So, until you say Hrim the muscles must be constricted, then you can relax it. That is Shakti Chalana mudra. Now these things they won't teach, they will just let you do it and after about 500 tries the energy will begin to quietly rise. But here, in the first few times you can start. Where is the earth on the Devi? At the base, where she is seated. Exactly where your Muladharakshetram is, on the Devi there is Her Muladhakshetram; that is the earth prithivi. Next one; 14 cornered enclosure. Do you understand when I say 14-cornered enclosure, 8-cornered enclosure..? It is called chatur Dasa Bhuvanarum: the 14 worlds. Below the navel there are 7. What are those? Atala.. Vidhala Sudhala Prasadhala. . Patalahuh..Anyway, there is two more Bhuvah Suvah.. Mahah..JanahTapah.. Satyam: Seven. These 14 are the Chatur Dasa Bhuvanarum that means you are covering up everything; from the base of the feet to top of the head. So in that 14-cornered enclosure, which in the body's Sri Chakra it is at the base of the penis in men and in the woman, it is in the clitoral region. Aim Hrim Srim Haim Namah: at Svadhisthanam. Aim Hrim Srim Hasklim Namah: (14 cornered figure in the Sri Chakra) Aim Hrim Srim Hssouh Namah: in the ocean of the earth.

Remember, what is the tatvam there? Jala tatvam. In the Svadhisthana Chakram in the Devi, it is the Jala tatvam, and it is the entire universe that She is. But here, the largest body of water that is there on the planate that you are taking.. That is the Jala tatvam. Then: Aim Hrim Srim Hsaim Namah: at the Manipura Chakra Aim Hrim Srim Hasklim Namah: (outer 10 cornered figure) Aim Hrim Srim Hssauh Namah: (fire) You have to look at Devi's naval, Aim Hrim Srim Hrim Namah: at Anahata Chakra Aim Hrim Srim Klim Namah: (Inner 10 cornered figure) Aim Hrim Srim Blem Namah: (air) You can close your eyes and picture the entire atmosphere, and you can also look at Devi's heart. Next one: 8 cornered enclosure; Visuddhi; On the throat, at the air place.. The akasham. Aim Hrim Srim Hrim Namah: Visuddhi ` Aim Hrim Srim Srim Namah: 8 cornered enclosure Aim Hrim Srim Sauh Namah: (outer Space) The rest as written in the book, ( like so) Then the 3-cornered enclosure is the Ajna Chakarm, between the eyebrows. He is slowly coming up see,? I am going to introduce something at this point; Aim Hrim Srim Maha Tripurasundari Atmanam Raksa Raksa repeats 3* Now you are going from top to bottom (from the head to the feet). And I have found through experience the SudhaLaxmi comes to you and helps you at this time. She happens to be my Devya Guru. The next one is called Vagdevata Nyasa. Vagdevata means the are 8 of them. Do you know their names? Vasini, Kamesvari, Modini, Vimale, Arune, Jayini, Sarvesvari, Kaulini, Rahasya yogoini, ok? Why are they important? These are the ones that recited and composed the Lalitha Sahasranama; Asya Sri Divya Lalitha Sahasranamama Stotramala Mahamantrasya Vasinya Vagdavata beginning with Vasini, they are the ones who composed this. So please recite with me; Aim Hrim Srim Am a m im i m um m arum arum alum alum em aim om oum ah ahm arblm Vasini Vagdavatayai Namah: Sirasi. The rest as written in the blue book.. (PROPER PRONUNCIATION PLEASE). This is a general rule: In Sanskrit there is what is called labials, dentals, palatals, and gutturals. For gutturals the sound is at the back of the root of your mouth, that is where the tongue is making contact with palate. You will see, for each of these sound the tongue is making contact at different places. So these sound you must master. They are important, vary important. (I told you, no rulling business. Even if it is ugly you have to do it proper way.) Now go up; Aim Hrim Srim Ka a e la hrim sakasrare Aim Hrim Srim ha sa ka ha la hrimcenter on Sri Chakra Aim Hrim Srimsa ka la hrimSahasrare of Devi

That is the moon you see on Devi. Then go ahead with mula Mantra nyasa. See, already you have touched everywhere. The above nyasa is the nyasa for Panchadsi in the body. When you are doing the nyasa in your body, Devi is also seen to be doing the same nyasam. If the Devi is a living person receiving worship sitting in front of you, then she will just follow the nyasa that you are doing. Shodasi upasakas can do the Shodasa nyasa if time permit: 3.5 hours at express speed. Maha Shodasi nyasa, I don't know it. I have done it once in my lifetime, when I got initiated we did it. I have just have never attempted it after that, I am not confident. I have just commissioned somebody in Madras to print the Maha Shodasi nyasam. When it comes you will get it. By that time everybody will have received Shodasi also. Ganesha Graha ( Planets) Nakshattra ( Stars) Yogini Rasi Rubhinim (constellations) Devim mantra mayim ( She is in you form of the mantras) naumi matrika pitha rubhinim ( Sanskrit alphabet in the body) Aham is at the top. And why is that we do japam 108 times, can you tell me? 51 up, 51 down. How much is that? 102. Then is the centre of each of he lotuses there is one. So 52 and 6 becomes 108. That is so you do 108 japa malas. Alright, let us do Bhihir Marthuka. There is no point in doing this if you dont learn he Bhihir Mathruka. Now in this you have to recite ala and Tritare together. Bala is Aim Klim Sauh: Tritara is Aim Hrim Srim. So : Aim Hrim Srim Aim Klim Sauh: OK! Remember, every point the tongue touches is a rich supply of nerves that are there connected to various regions of your body. So depending on how you pronounce the mantra, those portions od your body get properly irrigated with the endorphins that are produced in the brain. So the nyasa is very important. Even if you dont do the Sri Chakra puja properly, if you do the nyasa properly you have gained half of it. And before you do Lalitha Sahasranamam, before you do the Rudram practice the Nyasam. You must learn the Nyasam. Now up to this point you have physically prepared your body, that means you have bathed, you have clothed your self, you have come, you have sought the sought the permissionof the Mother to come into the temple, you have sought the Gurus permission, you have sat on the earth, you have said: saum 12x, you have done puja to the asanam, you have worshiped the Guru, you have worshiped the Guru Line. Now you are beginning to prepare the body to receive the puja. You are enlivening all the detties that are there in the body, in the Sri Chakram in the Devi, and the Sri Chakram in front of you to receive the Puja. All these things are simultaneously happening. See, there is a physical reaction taking a place, a mental reaction, and a casual reaction taking place. Most important is the casual reaction. You have to be amazed at her compassion, that when you do this She moves. This monumental being, without any limits, so huge that you cant even comprehend Her, She moves for you when you do this. That is the amazing part here. And all the religious

traditions all they are trying to do; they are trying to move this massive entity into giving the grace to you. And here is a sure path; right at your doorstep. One thing, It is best if you wear silk for puja. If you dont have silk wear cotton, something made out of cotton. Hand loomed is the best way to do it. And if you have time, go through your japam 108x.
