Shivaji Mukthavaram, PMP, Chief Executive Officer


Shivaji heads Job ‘a’ Fair as CEO, apart from heading (Vice President) the Products
Division at SemanticSpace Technologies, Hyderabad. Shivaji has worked in with
Cisco Systems, PeopleSoft, and Vensoft in the solution delivery and product
management functions. Shivaji has successfully executed mission critical projects
related to ERP, CRM, Operations, Manufacturing and Enterprise Architecture (EA).
Shivaji holds B.Tech degree from R.E.C. Warangal and MBA in Technology
Management from UoP, California. He is a certified Project Management Professional
(PMP) from PMI.

Srinivas Madichetti, Vice President (Technology)


Srinivas heads the portal development at Job ‘a’ Fair. Srinivas brings 14 years of
experience in delivering software solutions in Application Development,
Maintenance, Support, Migration and Re-engineering. Srinivas has worked with
various organizations including Satyam computers services Ltd. and has overseas
experience in design and development of components/ products in the areas of e-
commerce, healthcare, Airlines MRO and etc. Srinivas held various positions as
Business consultant, Project/Product Management and Delivery Management.
Srinivas holds a bachelors degree in computer science and engineering from Loyola
Academy, Osmania University.
