My motivation to teach in higher education is to develop students' critical thinking skills using scientific objectivity. My focus is teaching my students to become among the brightest of future educators and agents of social change.

Nearing the completion of an Educational Doctorate in Educational Psychology. Holds a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Quantitative Methods in Education. Experienced in use of the Internet and educational software, including BlackBoard, ANGEL, and Desire 2 Learn systems. Knowledgeable of NCATE standards and assessment of student demonstrated competencies of NCATE standards. Dedicated to enthusiastic and dynamic teaching as a means of creating and nurturing a lifelong love for learning.
